She has followed my husband around on several occasions. We even attempted to enter the facility on a different end of the building just to avoid her and her living space and when we came out she was using the same exit that was completely on the OPPOSITE end of where she lives which this was after business hours. I finally was able to talk to Carmen and I had it all squared away over the phone. Then a month later I get an email saying time to pay my storage unit, I called again and emailed again to cancel saying I'm not using it and never have. No one ever answered my calls. I'm pissed off and now I received a late fee on for something I'm not using! I have proof of emails trying to cancel and proof of phone calls, and I know yall do to because every call is recorded.
