Great grocery store. I've shopped at the one off 120th and Sheridan. No comparison. This KS is very clean and shelves are always stocked. Always a friendly cashier and deli service. Nicest king soopers I have ever been to. Very clean. I love the local and organic section. It takes up a good 30 percent of the whole store which is pretty damn cool. The employees are very professional esp at the meat counter. They have a great selection of fresh cut meats which is always my go to. read more

Ah man King Soopers always has the freshest and best food there can be. It's well organized, and the employees are always there to lend a hand! I shop here frequently and I can say it's my favorite place to be considering I've visited this place since I was in High school, me and my friends would always walk across the street to King Soopers!! King Soopers is really close to the neighborhood, amazing people, everyone there is super nice and helpful! I especially love their customer service which is really well done. I am seriously tired of the shelves being half to entirely empty regardless of what day of the week I go to this store location. This is the closest King's to my house, and the manager seems entirely incompetent at keeping the store stocked. I am also sick of the find the product game. Hash browns are potatoes, Why are they kept by the Eggs?! They are not only used with eggs! Do your job right! I will be shopping Amazon Grocery, Sprouts, and Whole Foods more thanks to this incompetence, even though they're twice the distance for me to get to. read more

Best King Soopers...by far, in this area. Starbucks, Bristo Cafe, clean bathrooms, and bakery are my favorites for this store. They have plenty of everything. I would not get my health food here despite its size. read more

This is the worst King Soopers! Even though this store is incredibly busy, there is never enough help. I have bagged my own groceries the past 6 times. My favorite part of my last experience was watching the checker watch me bag my own groceries while she stood there waiting to ring up the next person. I could careless if this store has subpar sushi, Starbucks, and what I believe to be a mediocre organic section.... the customer service is ridiculous!!! read more

Love the lunch options available. The wing bar and salad bar are great...I've had the sushi from here as well, not too bad, but I'm still a bit skeptical about sushi in a grocery store setting. This store has gone downhill very fast. The quality of produce has gotten worse. Moldy produce should not be that difficult to spot and remove. It appears they don't care. I believe they no longer want customers in the store, they want everyone to shop online. The aisles have become very narrow and then they insist on putting displays in the aisle making it very difficult to push a cart down the aisle. Add to that the seemingly oblivious people who are filling online orders and leaving carts in the middle of the aisle. They used to stock shelves primarily overnight and in the early morning, now it is done during the day making it even more difficult to shop. Increasingly the checkouts are manned by teenagers leaving no one to bag groceries. They have increased the number of self checkouts so we can ring it up and bag it ourselves. If this is no longer a full service grocery store shouldn't we see lower prices since we are reducing their labor costs? When school is in session this store is overtaken by the high school students. It is frustrating to watch them openly steal with no consequences. read more

Don't use their bakery services for cupcake cakes for a special occasion, ordered for my first grand babies shower....The pic was nothing like wanted to crown design was horrible. For ordering a week in advance it was a completely rush job. The cake was dry and the buttercream so thick it slid off cupcakes. It was a completely disappointing experience. For what I paid I'll take my business else where. read more

This store's opening was advertised in the Sun. April 19 "Denver Post". I could not find the store or its ad on King Soopers web site. On Apr. 20 I called this to Steve's(?), asst. mgr., attention. I asked for this to be corrected or I be e-mailed. The correction was not made and I received no e-mail. On Apr. 30 I called the toll free customer service number to call this to the companies attention. Demont would not give me a supervisor. This errorful way of doing business is inappropriate for a company that is a member of the Better Business Bureau. In contrast Whole Foods had its recently opened store on its web site. In Oct. 2007 Safeway opened a store with both the store and its special ad being listed on the Safeway website read more

I live in Cap hill, but work in Longmont and I love stopping at this King Soopers on the way home. The Capital Hill location has terrible parking! Anyway, this store has better selection especially since they've improved their cheese section. Also, there is a huge parking lot w/2 entrances. I rarely have to wait in line as they are well staffed. read more

NEVER load a gas card here---we paid $75 on Easter to fill a gift card for gas--money never went onto the card. As of today--after talking to two managers and two gas attendants we are STILL trying to get credit. They acknowledge the money was never loaded but need proof that the money was charged---ummmm, bank statement??? Showed them the bank statement but they still need to talk with corporate. Wonderful way of taking care of your customers, eh? WE WILL NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS!! Terrible waste of time....very disappointed. read more

Horrible customer service. Numerous occasions we have come to the check out lines with very full shopping carts and not gotten bagging help. Last night with a large order, my wife picked a check out line staffed by a bagger. When she got up to the cashier, the bagger moved to a cashier that had a Customer with a much smaller order. My wife ended up having to bag almost 20 bags of groceries. She complained to the cashier and her attitude was "Do you want to speak to the manager?" Like the cashier cannot request customer assistance? We have complained numerous times to Kroger/King Soupers corporate offices. We get lip service about improving customer service but it does not change. You get better service at Walmart, honestly. read more

This review is about the pharmacy - the rest of the store is beautiful. My daughter dropped off a prescription on Tuesday evening after a doctor's appt. for chronic pain. The person working at the pharmacy that evening refused to fill the prescription saying she questioned the dosage and that she would call the doctor on Wednesday. On Wednesday, there was no prescription ready, they had not even attempted to call the doctor and my daughter was put on hold for 10 minutes only to be told "I will try to get in touch with the on-call physician to get the dosage changed." First, not their job to change the dosage - just to verify the dosage Second, do what you say you are going to do when it comes to dealing with people's medications. My daughter's finace went and picked up the written prescription and got it filled at Safeway. They told him that the dosage prescribed was not the average, but not out of the norm for some people. Stay away from this pharmacy. read more
