Me and my husband walked around yesterday, and see this store and decided come in. We are not expecting see like this store in Longmont. Especially so good prices, even cheaper than Sprouts farmers market. So a lot choice tea,we take four different types tea. Olive oil, honey, and so cheap price for maple price. And you can choose between soap, laundry detergent, hand cream. Oooo and we glad see you can take kombucha. But good if you come with you bottle, but you still can buy in store, for very good price. Oooo and forget tell good choices spicy and macaroni, even gluten free. When will here again definitely come back. Nice worker. I am recommend this store.

Showing the a small portion of the cooking liquids they have available. They also have jars and containers to put purchased goods in.

I move to Colorado recently and was so stoked and excited when I found Simply Bulk. They have a ton of products and the store is large making exploring it during a pandemic a breeze. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The store is clean and easy to navigate. Honestly I couldn't be happier with a bulk goods store.

My first haul...

They also have wonderful French & Italian food items, and kitchen and dining ware. There are children's gifts, beeswax candles, gift wrap, gorgeous jigsaw puzzles, glassware, French table linens, aprons, and much, much more. It is worth the experience to visit this extraordinary shop! The building was formerly the Power & Communications Building, which Cheese Importers took over in 2012. The shop is gorgeous, and the buyers are fantastic, stocking it with so many beautiful items that you will not easily find in other shops or online. The staff is friendly and informative. The prices are very high, and I don't recommend buying items you can find in your local grocery store or gift shop, but if you find interesting, unique, and beautiful items that you love, then it is worth spending the money, in my opinion. This is a great place to find exceptional gifts, especially for someone who likes to entertain. Must take home a fresh French baguette and some caramels! There is a parking lot in the rear of the building.

But the market feel, the variety, the customer service, patio, cute atmosphere, selection, and warm baguettes made it quite the experience. We were impressed and I would drive all the way from Littleton to experience it again. We basically built ourselves a little picnic and sat outside on the patio to enjoy it all. Bring your own plates, utensils if you plan on doing what we did. We made do with the plastic knives and napkins from the bakery, but it would have been better if we came more prepared. Lovely.

They took the time to share their story and passion for good food, which made the whole experience even better. They legit have whatever kind of meat you want and some you've never heard of. We came in search of pork Secretos but left with so much more. Plus they gave us an amazing empanada recipe. If you're looking for local butcher who can provide knowledge, quality and selection check this place out!

So many things went wrong with just trying to place an order - discounts that disappeared at…read morecheckout, exorbitant shipping costs, etc., but finally I was able to place an order where I spent so much money, that I got "free" shipping. At those prices, free shipping is a bit of an oxymoron. First, I cooked the rack of lamb. When I cut into it, to serve the chops, they were PERFECT. Just the way my family likes. Seared on the outside, red on the inside. I had a little "off" stomach that night, so I just had a bowl of soup, thus I never tasted them. I don't need to "fish" for compliments. I've been written up in a major newspaper as a "great home cook." I know I'm a good cook, but I am accustomed to at least someone saying "this is really good." If I flub a bit, I'll be the FIRST to say, "thanks, but it could be better," or similar. There was only silence around the table. Really? I finally asked, and the response was, "it's okay. There's nothing wrong, but there's really no flavor." Yikes. I'm the only one in the family who eats steak, so the next night, I cooked the PRIME ribeye. For my taste, no steak can match a prime ribeye, for flavor and for texture..A quick sear on both sides in a hot cast iron pan, and into a hot oven for 3 -4 minutes, and I know I'm in heaven. You needed a SAW to cut that meat, that's how tough it was. That steak was no more USDA prime than a Jack-in-the-Box burger. I had two bites, and threw it into the trash. That steak wasn't even choice. It was probably standard. Finally, I defrosted a 3-pound ribeye, so I could cut a thick steak - same process of sear and finish in the oven. Same result. No flavor, and tough. I threw in the towel on the rest of my order, and gave the lamb shanks to my neighbor. My experience tells me that PT Barnum was right. Lesson learned.

First, I wish they had seating somewhere, but just the same, our first experience with this…read morebutcher/deli was very good. My husband has lived in Longmont for two decades, and I've been here for 5 years, but neither of us had ever gone into the store. Since we were already in the shopping center to try a new place yesterday, we went to Frank's afterwards. Bottom line, we've finally found our favorite deli in the area. If it wasn't snowing today, we'd go back for a sandwich. Since we weren't immediately hungry, we instead looked over the meat selection and then zeroed in on the deli counter. I purchased just a few sample items. A bagel (they say it's a NY bagel, and it does have the right texture! Just wish they had whole wheat); whitefish salad (better than any others I've encountered in the area); cole slaw (perfectly blended - not too watery, not too dry); and a canoli, which was flaky and sweet. The deli items have an East Coast feel like no other in the area that I've encountered. Better than anything I found in Lakewood, where I lived before. And, since we just got back from a visit to my Dad in Florida, this was a welcome sight! The soup they had as a special, as well as the sandwich special descriptions sounded yummy, so we will go back, maybe this weekend. The meats also look good, so we will likely try some in the weeks to come. Again, I wish they could somehow create a place, even outside, where we could sit to eat. We could then eat right away instead of having to go home first. But even with that inconvenience, we look forward to more encounters. The young man who helped us doesn't know much yet about the choices, but I'm sure if he stays there, he'll learn. He was pleasant and helpful, asking another employee when he didn't know an answer. It's already busy there, but yes, I recommend going and waiting to try their goods! It's worth the wait.
