When I showed the cashier, Andrew, the photo, he immediately insisted that if it were on clearance, it would automatically ring up that way and that the product should already have a sticker on it. I mentioned as he was ringing it up that it still rang up as full price and I explained that last week an employee had to manually verify and adjust the price because the bottles were not individually marked. When I asked if he was going to verify it or ask someone for help, he became even more upset and responded, "That's what I was going to do." The interaction felt unnecessarily argumentative and dismissive over a simple question and price check. I completely understand policies and verification processes, but a calmer and more helpful response would have made the experience much more positive.

They are a restaurant supplier, so they also have uniforms and all sorts of kitchen equipment/utensils/cookware etc. No membership is required and everyone can shop here.
