I called on Friday and again on Monday, spoke with two different individuals, and was told I would receive return calls, which never happened. Due to the lack of follow-up, I had to extend a rental car while waiting for guidance. Being told afterward that the tow would be "covered" did not address the failed repair, the safety risk, or the lack of communication.
