I was told they couldn't figure out the issue so they need to call Toyota headquarters which takes a whole. Couldn't wait longer so I rescheduled. May 2022: on my rescheduled trip, I waited eight hours for them to tell me they contacted the headquarters to fix it but of course it was not fixed. I did lose faith July 2022: came back to drop off for the same issue. I found out that back in October 2021 Springfield Toyota installed my break pad and associated parts incorrectly so it was making a cracking noise. Therefore Fitzgerald was able to put on new hardware to fix the whole issue. I tell you once my issue was fixed my life was so much easier. Thank you to the technician that figured out the issue finally. I am satisfied. The one less star was because when I picked up the car the lady who processed my pickup was less than enthused to work there.

The coupon is very clear " regular oil change with coupon now is $4.95". But from the front desk lady to the manager, they excused it' s just an example not the final price. No one showed any respect to the customer. All of them just cheated you, and squashed your money. Never want to see these ugly faces again

I have contacted the dealership as well as Ike the owner... I began documenting our communications. At this point they are not acknowledging my attempts to reach them. I had problems getting my temporary tags when the permanent tags were not received. I started by interacting with them via phone because they were great when I bought the car... but they didn't follow through on what they said via phone. Now I insist on all communication being in writing. I suggest you do the same. Yes, I was very happy with the purchase process as I stated below, but after they got my money, their aftercare IS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I will NOT recommend them... at all! I recently purchased a vehicle from them, only to discover shortly after that the car had serious issues, including bad brakes and a tire problem. These are basic safety concerns that should have been identified and addressed before the car was ever sold to a customer. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted the dealership and brought the car back in. They asked me to come in at 11 AM, and I ended up waiting there until 4 PM -- over four hours -- with no updates or communication. I had to repeatedly ask for information, and only after pressing them did they finally tell me that the car could not be repaired that day because the necessary part had just been ordered and would not be available until the next day. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability and customer care. I was given only two options: leave my car there or take it back in unsafe condition. No effort was made to accommodate me, and I was not offered a rental car, even though my warranty packet clearly states that I am entitled to one. At this point, it feels like once the sale was completed, customer service completely disappeared. Selling a car with faulty brakes is not just unprofessional -- it's dangerous. On top of that, making a customer wait hours with no communication and then offering no real solution shows a serious lack of respect. I expected much better. If you're considering buying a car here, I strongly recommend you think twice and thoroughly inspect everything before making a purchase. The Saler was ok, it's not his fault cause management was telling him What to say .
