    Just bought a 2008 Passat from these folks and i was thoroughly impressed with their staff,…read moreprofessionalism, and most importantly...price!!! They had the lowest price car in the area, beating competitors by $1,000. And when i showed up to test drive it, it ran great and they let me drive it over to another dealership so that i could compare it to another car i was considering. Besides price the next best thing was the ease of purchasing the car. I had been approved by my bank for a loan but it was a holiday so the bank was closed. Not a problem, Cherner Bros just asked me to leave them a check and i could take the car with right then, and they wouldnt cash the check until my bank transfered the money over to my account. So before i took the car, for a perk i asked to have the car detailed. They did that no problem, and i picked it up the next day. When i picked it up, they had also added two new tires to the front becauae they found out the tread was to low. Awesome right...that was $240 saved. Of course i did get worried a day later when my low tireressure light came on....it was my back right tire was losing air....and it was not one of the new tires. So i called them and asked if they would fix that tire too! And hell if they didnt say sure, and did it for free. Turns out the tire had been plugged in the past and started leaking. To have a matching left rear tire i had them put that on at the same time and i paid the difference...$120. So to summarize, least expensive 2008 passat in the dc area, great staff, and 4 tires for the price of one! This place rules....highly recommend!!!

The one trying to sell the car almost ended up crashing us and on top of that the vehicle sold to me had several issues . Cannot get in contact with the manager nor the original seller of the vehicle don't buy cars from here and save yourself some cash . I've been without my car for months now since it broke down this most definitely not sophisticated or respectful dealership that cares for the customers .

    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! I had one of the worst…read moredealership experiences I've ever dealt with, involving the following "managers" Paul Angel, Rob Buaynstein, Jason Buts, and Mussa Fowl. I live in Virginia and went through the full process of purchasing a vehicle from this Maryland dealership in good faith. Here's what happened: * I contacted the dealership about a specific vehicle and was told multiple times they expected me to come purchase it. * I paid out of pocket to have a mechanic drive 40 minutes to inspect the vehicle before buying. * I repeatedly asked to place a deposit or hold on the car, but was told they "don't hold vehicles due to corporate policy." Despite that, they continued to tell me things like "see you tomorrow" and prepared me as if the deal was happening. On Friday morning: * They had me submit a credit application (which I was told would be a soft pull, but it turned into a hard inquiry). * They sent me a signed buyer's order with the VIN and price, which I submitted to my credit union. * My credit union approved the loan and issued a check payable directly to the dealership for the full amount. * I sent them proof of the check, and they told me to come pick up the car that same day. While I was literally on the way (3 hours out), after sending them the check confirmation: * They informed me someone else was coming to look at the vehicle. * Then told me whether the car sold was "above my pay grade." * Shortly after, they sold the vehicle to someone else. When I called to resolve the situation, I was given the runaround by multiple managers: * I was told the check "doesn't hold the car" * They claimed someone else "was already in the system" * And ultimately said they were no longer selling it to me The call ended abruptly with no resolution. Key issues: * Misleading communication throughout the entire process * Hard credit inquiry after being told it would be soft * Sending a signed buyer's order, then backing out after financing was secured * Accepting proof of payment and telling me to come in, then selling the car anyway * Complete lack of professionalism from management Bottom line: I spent money on a mechanic inspection, took a credit hit, secured financing, and drove hours based on their word--only to have the vehicle sold out from under me at the last minute. This dealership does not honor its commitments and does not operate in good faith. Proceed with extreme caution.

We bought cars from them years ago never again. Sales department doesn't call back. Makes you wait forever in the showroom.... Not a good dealership go elsewere.

My daughter called Lindsay Ford to confirm they had the SUV and cost. They confirmed. We went to test it out. When we got to Lindsay Ford, we were greeted by Alexa. How wonderful she was! She let us test drive. We spoke about it. She offered an another option that just arrived to their location. We test drove that one. We agreed to purchase if some items were fixed. It was agreed. We came back a couple days later after confirmation of fixed items. We signed papers. They sold us the SUV. Easy Peasy. But there's more. Alexa and everyone in the office there had genuine smiles and positive vibes. That's how we knew we were making the right decision. We honestly felt like family. While we waited briefly for our paperwork, other Lindsay Ford associates came over to talk to us and not even about our purchase. Just life and good times! We shared candy and laughs and I was just so happy to do business here. Thanks Alexa and team for everything! We really appreciate all you did for us.

    Updating this to a 1 star after my service today at another Ford Dealership. I'm so disappointed…read morewith Sean, Lindsay Ford, and Ford. When I purchased the car, they did not have the door code and had no way of getting it. They told me to come back or take it to any Ford dealership and they could look it up. This was not presented to me by Sean that it would be an extra fee when they failed to give me this code at the time of purchase - when I asked. I go into another Ford Dealership for my 50k mile service and ask them about the code. They tell me that it's an additional $150 because they have to bring out a computer and go into the security system. The service manager at Koons Ford Annapolis tells me that the dealership I bought it at can do it for me. I texted Sean asking about this, and he comes back and lets me know that they would also charge me the fee to retrieve the code. I live an hour away from this dealership, I don't get to the area often. Sean made it seem like it was something easy. I also bought their extended warranty, I would think that after racking up metrics to them they would at least honor my wishes and get me the security code for my car. Lindsay Ford also put me on an list and kept spamming me with me messages about trading my car in. I hadn't even made the first payment on it and they were already trying to get me in to trade in my car for a brand new car.

    My back right tire was grinding/scraping so badly that I was clenching my teeth every time I drove,…read moreknowing it meant something awful and expensive that I just kept delaying since I didn't have a trusted mechanic. I saw some good reviews for this location, so I drove by on a Saturday right before they closed and chatted with the owner, Brian. He hopped in the car and drove 1 yard, immediately told me what he thought it was, and warned me to avoid driving the rest of the weekend as grinding the wheel in extreme heat was risky. He said to come back first thing Monday morning to get it lifted up and properly examined. Came back Monday and the team figured out I needed to replace the caliper and brakes. Price was fair and they said they could do it same day within 3 hours, so I let them work on it and had them do an oil change as well. I'm very grateful for Brian and his team, taking the time to explain what was actually needed and why, and not overselling me on additional services. I'm so glad I finally found a new trusted mechanic! Will definitely take my car to Brian and the team for all future maintenance services.

    I'm so thankful I came across four corner auto care to fix my car…read more Brian (Tenzin) promptly responded to my request to fix my car which I hit against cement in a parking garage (after dodging an old lady walking down a dark ramp...everyone was okay). Brian estimated that he could have my car fixed within a few days. The whole job took one week because he found other significant damage in the interior of my car which I didn't know about. Overall he communicated well, asked if I wanted to fix everything and had such a positive attitude. Also they do excellent work for a reasonable price. I almost wanted to keep this gem to myself but the world (or Silver Spring) needs to know where to go for superior auto care whether mechanical or auto body. They also cleaned the interior of my car. I don't want to come back for anything other than oil changes but if I need a job done in the future, I know where to go. I think the pictures speak for themselves to demonstrate high quality service.
