I am a little late with writing this review, however it is very well deserved. This was the smoothest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I had not bought a car in 10 years so I was a bit hesitant initially. I spotted my perfect car (Mercedes CLA 250) from the USAA car buying service and contacted Tricars immediately. Matt promptly got back to me and we scheduled for me to take a look that afternoon. I came in and it was just as described and right price. I'm super happy I found these guys. I traded in my mustang and got an Audi A7. The process was smooth and easy. These guys are truly professional and do not waste your time, and are utterly respectful. I've purchased many cars in my life but it has never been this easy. I can't say enough good things about Tricars. The process was easy, the car is beautiful & as described & Matt & AJ were professional from beginning to end. There were a couple issues (a faulty key shank & a broken windshield support) that were handled properly and expediently. The price was better than anything we saw locally. Matt did a FaceTime overview of the car with us & went over all the little dings that are part of a 4 year old car. He answered all our questions patiently, even when Mr P asked the same ones over & over. Communication was spot on during the entire process. They followed through with everything they promised so there was very little anxiety (except generalized about buying a car online). Ok, let me say that y'all are going to think I'm related to these folks, this review is going to be so great! I promise you, I'm not. This was an amazing car buying experience, and I think that's a seldom uttered phrase! One other review said their customer service is "unmatched", and I believe this to be true. I got a fantastic car at a great price with NO hassle. They were above board about their pricing and fees (very limited fees, unlike a traditional dealership), and everything was about my satisfaction. Matt, Aresh and everyone there was friendly, helpful and seemed to truly care about your experience before, during and after the purchase. They responded promptly to all of my inquiries, gave me a print out of their pricing and had the car ready to go, with a full tank of gas, when I went to make the actual purchase. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, but never felt rushed. Their "after care" has been outstanding. They also have a 10 day "return" policy, so if you're not happy for any reason, you can return the car within the first 10 days (with some reasonable caveats). Who does that!? What reassurance with a used vehicle! I will send anyone I know in the market for a great used car to Tricars, and I will be a repeat client, I'm sure. I will start off by saying this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The customer service is completely unmatched by any conventional dealer. From the first email I sent there was absolutely no B.S. They will give you an out the door price over email or phone and will not pressure you in absolutely any way. They did not even pressure me to finance with them either which is unheard of with normal dealers. Now onto what makes me wish I could give them more stars. About a week after I purchased my wife's 2014 Honda CR-V the car developed a clicking noise from the brakes, I contacted Matt at Tricars and he assured me they stood behind the car 100% and that they would remedy the issue. Because I was 40 minutes away they even offered me a loaner car and reimbursed me for gas! Luckily it was a small issue they had fixed while I was there and then they gassed the vehicle up and I was on my way! I really wish other companies would take notes, Tricar's is the future of car buying I personally think. Best customer service I have ever had. Also when I bought the car it only took them 2 hours to get me in and out the door, instead of taking an entire day like normal dealers. If you want an extremely nice car with the best service you will ever experience give these guys a chance! read more
