Most companies were charging an arm and a leg for a one-time service or they required us to be on a monthly subscription with them. Eastside Exterminators were able to not only do a one-time rodent removal but also schedule a follow up inspection without us being on a subscription AND they were able to do it TODAY AND they did it all at a fraction of the cost that everyone else was quoting us. We moved into a new house and we have ants. And potentially rats. But thank god for Eastside…read moreexterminators. Mike Coombes and Jacob Calvo have helped us on both fronts. Mike came over, assessed the situation with the ants (odorous house ants), and addressed them right away. Are they completely gone? No. Unfortunately we live at the bottom of a hill in an older home, and the ants have been here longer and outnumber us by a lot. What Mike has done though is make the inside of our home less and less appealing. He's also been incredibly responsive to our panicked messages about any increased ant activity, and after he's been here, the ants make themselves scarce. Jacob mapped out our entire house, identified potential entry points, and took detailed photos of what was happening in the crawlspace (maybe in too much detail, hahaha) and gave us a thorough review of options for next steps for addressing the four legged house guests we didn't want to continue supporting. And as far as I know we don't have rats anymore, but they've also installed monitoring so if the rats do make their way back into the crawlspace, I'm confident they'll take care of it immediately. As a family with two young kids and no relatives in the vaccinity, Eastside Exterminators have been instrumental in taking that cognitive load off our hands.

Besides removing the bat, saving its life, identifying how it got in so that now bats in our house will only be on tv, Mitch was very helpful and reassuring. Mitch is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, offered very useful advice and helped us better understand where we and the bats fit in our ecosystem. Besides all of that he is a person who is easy and fun to spend time with. We will probably have to let in a few more bats or maybe some river otters just to be able to visit with him. We chose Super Attic Solutions based on their strong BBB rating, positive reviews, and the sales pitch that emphasized thorough follow‑up and post‑project support. We received three quotes for our attic and basement work; Super Attic Solutions was not the cheapest, but the promised inspections and customer care were the deciding factor for us. The crew that performed the work was respectful, efficient, and left the space clean. However, everything that happened after they left has been the opposite of what was promised. The sales rep assured us that an "inspector" would return a few weeks after completion to verify that: No rodents had re‑entered the home All work met code Any questions or concerns would be addressed He even mentioned a 6‑month follow‑up to ensure long‑term satisfaction. None of this happened. When I asked the project manager to walk the space with the crew, he was hesitant. I'm glad I insisted -- four ceiling lights were sealed incorrectly and left hanging an inch from the ceiling. I was told an "inspector" would come fix them, so the crew left and I was left with blue tape holding up my lights. A week later, our AC wouldn't shut off. I discovered the furnace (located in the attic) had been wrapped in insulation -- a fire hazard and not to code -- and no clear path had been left for HVAC access. When I called urgently, I was asked to send photos and then told a "supervisor with tons of experience" reviewed them and everything was fine. It wasn't. I had to pay an HVAC company to confirm the hazard, and only then was I told they might reimburse up to $500 because they didn't think they could send someone out. When the "inspector" finally arrived, they were not inspectors at all -- it was two members of the original crew. They fixed the lights (well no disrespect) and removed the insulation, from the furnace just laying on the air ducts. However, as we were communicating via technology translator, I could not get any answer to any questions and was told to call the office. Since then, I've left multiple messages through their AI system and sent two emails. I have given this company over 4 weeks to uphold the customer service they say they hold themselves to and I still haven't gotten a single phone call, let alone an "inspector" to look over the work, but they my check cashed. Bottom line: The initial work was fine, but the promised follow‑up and customer care simply do not exist. Once the crew leaves, you are on your own. For the price we paid and the safety risks involved, this company is not worth the money read less

I've been a customer of Simple Pest Control for nearly two years. When I first started using the…read morecompany, the owner Keith was professional, informative, and respectful. Unfortunately, that changed over time. This spring, I was informed my pricing was increasing because he was restructuring his pricing as he worked to grow his business. On the subsequent visit he informed me he was again changing his pricing structure and increasing prices. As a loyal customer, it felt like existing customers were simply paying more to help finance that growth rather than being valued for their continued business. Towards the end of May, I paid to have my home treated for ants. Initially, I only saw an occasional ant afterward, but within a few weeks, I was finding groups of ants in multiple rooms throughout my home. When I contacted Keith, I expected the issue to be addressed. Instead, I was told that Simple Pest Control does not guarantee its work and that I would need to pay for another treatment. He also stated that his product takes one to two months to become effective and that pest control companies don't offer guarantees for ant treatments because ants are so pervasive during the summer. This directly contradicted what I had been told during previous visits. In the past, Keith assured me that if the treatment didn't resolve the issue within a couple of weeks, he would return and re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost. After I pointed this out, he eventually agreed to perform a one-time "courtesy" re-treatment. The customer service during this "courtesy" visit was even more disappointing. We had agreed on a 2:30-3:00 PM appointment window. At 1:06 PM, I received a text stating he was running early and would arrive in 20 minutes. He never asked whether I was home or available. I happened to be grocery shopping and had to abandon my cart with the store manager and rush home. As he was finishing the treatment, I explained that if he was going to arrive more than an hour early, he should at least confirm that his customer was home before showing up. His response was, "I don't need to ask my clients anything. I'm doing you a courtesy. I'm not going to plan my day around you. I'm not even getting paid for this, and I'm too busy to stop and ask you for permission." I'm not quite sure how he plans to treat the inside of a home if the homeowner is not home... At that point, I asked him to leave my home. After this experience, I contacted several other pest control companies to compare their policies. Every company I spoke with stated they stand behind their work and would re-treat the same pest issue if it returned shortly after service without charging the customer again. They also advised that their treatments begin working immediately rather than taking one to two months. I ultimately chose Pest Fighters because they offer a service guarantee, reasonable pricing, effective treatments, and products that are safe for household pets. My experience left me with the impression that Simple Pest Control is focused more on growing its business and raising prices than on taking care of the customers who helped build it. Between repeated price increases, the lack of any service guarantee, inconsistent explanations about follow-up treatments, and disrespectful customer service, I can no longer recommend this company.

She even explained why the visit needed to take place when it was not raining since these wretched beasts (my words) were not out and about in such weather. Thank you! Jordan, the owner of Snohomish Pest Control, showed up on time and was amazing! Here are just a few of the reasons I say that: * He was respectful of me and my home. * He didn't freak out over our very large puppy, nor did he do anything to make that encounter worse by trying to engage with her. YAY! * Next, he walked the entire property, again listening to my concerns. * After that, he explained everything he was suggesting he do, clearly and specifically. He also made sure I knew the chemicals they use would not hurt my pets or koi, nor would they kill mason or honey or bumble bees. Shortly after that I received a text message response asking for my full name, address, and email so that they could enter my information into the computer. That struck me as odd, but given the situation I was facing, I gave them the requested information. After that they told me that the earliest they could talk to me was Monday at either 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM. It was unfortunate to have to wait two days just to talk to someone, but I assumed they must have been very busy. We scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM Monday morning over text. However, when 9:00 AM came around I didn't hear from anyone. I tried calling the number that had texted me, but it went to voicemail. I tried calling the main number I had called on Saturday, and it also went to voicemail. After nearly an hour of waiting, I texted the number explaining that I had to go into a meeting at 10:00 AM and asked if we could reschedule for the 4:00 PM time slot. At 9:57 AM, the person responded saying they were "just getting ready to call", but that we could talk at 4:00 PM instead. Now imagine my surprise when the person from Pest Fighter tried calling me at 3:37 PM. Then again at 3:40 PM. And then texts me at 3:44 PM asking why I was not answering. I responded to the text immediately, explaining that I was in a meeting until 4:00 PM. I asked them to call me at 4:00 PM, like we had agreed on previously. After that message I never received another text from them. When I called shortly after 4:00 PM, my calls went to voicemail. To this day, I have never received a response from anyone at Pest Fighter. No texts, no calls, nothing. I debated posting this review. Maybe Pest Fighters provides good service if you can actually talk to someone, but I wouldn't know. After playing an unprofessional game of phone tag, I contacted another service who was not only able to talk to me, but who was also able to make it out to my house at the time they said they would.

No real problems or issues and they have good customer service when we've rarely had to call their office. We don't actively have any major invasive pest problems so we use this company for exterior preventive protection. The come by on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on the contract and check on the bait stations and spray the exterior grounds next to the buildings. We like their report that is available after each visit which itemizes details of each bait station serviced and recommendations for preventative steps we can take to minimize unwanted pests (mainly rodents in this area). This company says they've been around since 1921 so that's pretty good.

Upon arrival of technician, they discovered where the rats were coming from, but said he wont patch up the holes. Technician said we would have to hire another company for patchwork. So now we have to hire another company to patch the holes 2) a complete survey was not done. Technician didnt even go up stairs or in the attic. 3) the texts received from the company was offering a $130 off coupon if we hired them. Obviously some communication issues with the person texting and whom I called, because I already hired them. 4) so paid $500 for laying down a few traps. Not worth it. Would not recommend to any of my neighbors.
