Wow wow wow... James was a miracle worker earlier this morning. We had a bit of a complicated…read moresituation we found ourselves in and needed service ASAP. We had a dead rodent that was stinking up our home and multiple events and bdays planned for the next couple of days. Most companies were charging an arm and a leg for a one-time service or they required us to be on a monthly subscription with them. Eastside Exterminators were able to not only do a one-time rodent removal but also schedule a follow up inspection without us being on a subscription AND they were able to do it TODAY AND they did it all at a fraction of the cost that everyone else was quoting us. Cannot express how grateful I am to James and Zach and the rest of the crew for moving heaven and earth to make sure we were taken care of. Thank YOU!!!!!!

We moved into a new house and we have ants. And potentially rats. But thank god for Eastside…read moreexterminators. Mike Coombes and Jacob Calvo have helped us on both fronts. Mike came over, assessed the situation with the ants (odorous house ants), and addressed them right away. Are they completely gone? No. Unfortunately we live at the bottom of a hill in an older home, and the ants have been here longer and outnumber us by a lot. What Mike has done though is make the inside of our home less and less appealing. He's also been incredibly responsive to our panicked messages about any increased ant activity, and after he's been here, the ants make themselves scarce. Jacob mapped out our entire house, identified potential entry points, and took detailed photos of what was happening in the crawlspace (maybe in too much detail, hahaha) and gave us a thorough review of options for next steps for addressing the four legged house guests we didn't want to continue supporting. And as far as I know we don't have rats anymore, but they've also installed monitoring so if the rats do make their way back into the crawlspace, I'm confident they'll take care of it immediately. As a family with two young kids and no relatives in the vaccinity, Eastside Exterminators have been instrumental in taking that cognitive load off our hands.

Giving 1 star because the crew that did the labor did well, and the service wont let you put 0…read morestars. We chose Super Attic Solutions based on their strong BBB rating, positive reviews, and the sales pitch that emphasized thorough follow‑up and post‑project support. We received three quotes for our attic and basement work; Super Attic Solutions was not the cheapest, but the promised inspections and customer care were the deciding factor for us. The crew that performed the work was respectful, efficient, and left the space clean. However, everything that happened after they left has been the opposite of what was promised. The sales rep assured us that an "inspector" would return a few weeks after completion to verify that: No rodents had re‑entered the home All work met code Any questions or concerns would be addressed He even mentioned a 6‑month follow‑up to ensure long‑term satisfaction. None of this happened. When I asked the project manager to walk the space with the crew, he was hesitant. I'm glad I insisted -- four ceiling lights were sealed incorrectly and left hanging an inch from the ceiling. I was told an "inspector" would come fix them, so the crew left and I was left with blue tape holding up my lights. A week later, our AC wouldn't shut off. I discovered the furnace (located in the attic) had been wrapped in insulation -- a fire hazard and not to code -- and no clear path had been left for HVAC access. When I called urgently, I was asked to send photos and then told a "supervisor with tons of experience" reviewed them and everything was fine. It wasn't. I had to pay an HVAC company to confirm the hazard, and only then was I told they might reimburse up to $500 because they didn't think they could send someone out. When the "inspector" finally arrived, they were not inspectors at all -- it was two members of the original crew. They fixed the lights (well no disrespect) and removed the insulation, from the furnace just laying on the air ducts. However, as we were communicating via technology translator, I could not get any answer to any questions and was told to call the office. Since then, I've left multiple messages through their AI system and sent two emails. I have given this company over 4 weeks to uphold the customer service they say they hold themselves to and I still haven't gotten a single phone call, let alone an "inspector" to look over the work, but they my check cashed. Bottom line: The initial work was fine, but the promised follow‑up and customer care simply do not exist. Once the crew leaves, you are on your own. For the price we paid and the safety risks involved, this company is not worth the money read less

AVOID this company if you value your time and money. $700 and 2 months later, and my squirrel…read moreproblem is exactly the same as it was when they started. Search for "Northwest Nuisance Wildlife Control" (their other name) and read the reviews there for more accurate descriptions of their services. A tip: if they reassure you that their methods are reliable and work well, just know that's NOT TRUE for everyone, and they'll do absolutely nothing to help you after you've already sent them the set-up fees. They caught one squirrel that wasn't even one of the ones that live in my attic, and left it in the trap a full 24 hours before picking it up, which made all the other squirrels avoid the traps from then on. I'm holding back tears as I write this, because I feel so confused, frustrated and misled, as I try to WFH while listening to the squirrels running around in my attic. Note that the employees I've interacted with are friendly and kind. But the company's management and approach to pest trapping are totally lacking and unhelpful.

When we called…read morefor a quote for our raccoon problem they told us they would do an inspection for $175 plus tax and if we decide to get traps ($350 plus tax) they would refund us the inspection cost. After I asked for the refund the manager Rick said that we misunderstood and that we would have get the traps done the same day as the inspection which we were not told it had to be on the SAME day! He kept saying we misunderstood but there was no misunderstanding,. The first day we had the inspection the tech said he guaranteed the coyote urine they sprayed in our attic and backyard would prevent the raccoons from returning. That didn't happen and the raccoons came back many times afterwards. We ordered the traps but never got the inspection fee refunded. Sebring the technician was very nice but some of the office staff doesn't respond to emails or call back. They said because there was an emergency in the family but the other manager never responded either. They charge you ($175 plus tax) each time they come out (pick up of raccoons, re-bait). I asked them to put the trap on the roof at the entry point of the attic. They said they cannot do that but later through the process, they did. We did some legwork ourselves to help with the process as well since nothing was happening for a few weeks which we believe helped catch the raccoons. I wouldn't recommend this company but if you use them make sure Sebring is your technician. He's the only one that has the customer service skills!
