Jon is very nice, courteous, knowledgeable and diligent. He truly impressed me when he meticulously began removing spiderwebs in the garage from the ceiling, corners and from around the window. He impressed me even more as he walked around the perimeter of the house doing the same, spending a good amount of time on the deck where many webs had accumulated. In the process, he found an old hornets nest, which he removed. Since Jon sprayed, we have not seen any spiders in the house and no new webs on the deck. Amazing service and care provided by this small, family run business. We had been dealing with rats…read morefor a month and finally called them after getting a recommendation from a trusted friend. The rats made their way inside so it was time to get aggressive. I called and they said they had a 3 week wait to get us on the schedule so I called elsewhere. We got a quote from another company who said it would cost $5,000 to deal with our situation (new insulation, etc.). I called again and asked if there was any way they could get us into their schedule earlier and get this: THEY WERE OUT TO OUR HOUSE WITHIN 5 HOURS! Talk about customer service and care!
