Adam is amazing!! 100/100 service he came over to tell my Mom what was wrong with the side of our 30+ year old house. He explained that it was not a foundation leak nor drain leak and the probable cause was landscape-irrigation. THE BEST PLUMBING SERVICE ! Our water heater broke around 7pm and water was draining onto the floor and into the walls behind it. I called Kingdom Plumbing on their emergency line and got connected within minutes. Jason took the time to FaceTime me and walked me through how to shut the water lines off and drain the tank to avoid any more water damage. Absolutely horrible unprofessional and obnoxious service. I am a RETURNING customer. I called over the weekend, got answering service, asked for a quote to install 2 bathroom faucets (which I am supplying) and was told that office would call me back Monday morning. At 11am on Monday I had no call so I called and spoke with the "office manager". She had no record of my call over weekend (HUH?) so I started all over again and asked her for quote for 2 bathroom faucet install. She quoted me, get this, $258 per faucet. LOL. HUH????? The faucets are $39 each. I said I'm confused, how long is that work going to take? She refused to answer. Then I asked her how do you justify that price? I'm thinking this is like a 15 minute job per faucet. Am I missing something? She said, and I quote "the owner of the company sets the pricing. I have no idea how it's generated". um ok. Wow. So if you want to WASTE a ton of money and have a plumber who loses your messages, doesn't call you back, and is obviously gouging people, go ahead and call these idiots. WHAT A JOKE. I'm still laughing over $258 to install a simple $39 bathroom faucet. WOW. Just WOW. Obviously steer clear of these scammers. Literally call anyone else but these clowns. HARD PASS! Update: faucets installed for $125 each. WAY WAY less expensive than the crazy quote from this plumber. Do not fall for the "we charge more because we are better" trick! To the owner, you should be ashamed of yourself. Really bad decision to set outrageous prices without any explanation and then have your "office manager" tell your CURRENT CUSTOMERS that you just set prices on your own without any explanation and that's just the way it is, too bad, take it or leave it. Price gouging at its finest! I was quoted $250 for parts (approx. $14) and labor (approx. 45 min.) to connect my grill to my outdoor gas stub. I spoke to the office to give a better description of the scope and they stated they would send someone out to provide an improved price. The plumber reviewed the install and looked at me in shock when his office told him to still charge $250. He stated he did the same exact work two days prior for $145. Kingdom plumbing arrived exactly on time, and replaced our gas water heater with great service. Thanks to Kingdom, we had our water heater replaced fully within 15 hours from when the old tank failed. Was pleasantly surprised that they were exactly on time! They took care in the install, as ours needed some adjustments. Our gas-vented water heater needs permits and extra work involved in installing but they communicated with us along the way and very timely. With COVID, they also made sure to wear masks when we were talking and also when completing payment. I used Kingdom Plumbing for drawing a natural gasoline for my future pool heater and I was very happy with their due diligence and professional acumen. After receiving quotes from various places the costs were extremely high which made me give up on the idea of installing a pool heater. In a last ditch attempt I had Kingdom Plumbing come out to access and quote. Jason was very friendly and thorough and after investigating and digging for hours, he was able to find that the existing line could be used which dramatically reduced the distance which in turn made the cost very reasonable.
