Huge Thank you to Andrew who is the most honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable professional in this line of work. Also for Hugo who did a great job with the install. Andrew and Hugo arrived to replace an expansion tank and fittings that had corrosion. See the before/after pics. But when they arrived I surprised them with a problem that started a couple days prior. The icon system was not kicking on leaving me with no hot water. Andrew took it upon himself to get this fixed. For about 15 minutes he was taking the system apart, unscrewing all the screws, tinkering with all the parts. He got it working again which saves me the time and headaches of doing a warranty claim through the manufacturer. Andrew didn't have to do all that but he went the extra mile to help me and I'm very grateful for that. Opened garage on Saturday to the dreaded flow of water from one of the heaters. Needed a new plumber so asked a friend who recommended Jason at Nevada Plumbing Authority. I texted on Saturday around 3pm and he called back immediately. He sent Aaron to us within a half hour! He was able to shut off the flow, reroute to the working heater so we had water, and made arrangements for the swap out on Monday. His partner Andrew came Monday, got the bad heater, took it to swap as it was under warranty and was back reinstalling ASAP! He also performed maintenance on the other unit. Had called this morning around 7:30. Our bath tub flooded and seeped through our ac vent to our downstairs kitchen. We called Nevada Plumbing and they sent out one of their techs who showed up in 15-20 minutes. Super professional, came in and assessed. Fixed what he saw was the problem. Then recommended another company (if we wanted to) on whatever water damage we may have got from the water leak. The bill came out to a few hundred dollar (I expected it to be way more) and was happy with the service and how much our bill was. This review is coming to you from the lovely Northwest Las Vegas, Aliante area. It's long. Bear with me. We had a pipe burst in our house and no one wanted to help us fix it. Long story short we called our home warranty, twice. first company sent out said one thing and wouldn't fix it. I ask our warranty for a second opinion. They send out another company. He says my pipes burst for a completely different reason. Again, his work order he put through AHS was denied. We call our insurance, they denied it because they didn't bust due to frozen pipes. Some back info, I caught the leak instantly. I heard the pipe burst which I thought was a good thing. I turned the water off immediately to make sure we don't have any water damage issues. Bc of that, they denied my claim. If I let the water destroy the room the pipe bursted in, they would have helped. What a joke right? Now, here comes in the hero's!!! I have a big family. 4 kids, two dogs. A husband. To not have water for 6 days because companies want to waste our time was rough! Nevada plumbing authority got us back on track. They initially said the parts would take time to get and could take another week, but they pulled some magic out of a hat for us and got it done right away! I don't think they understand how grateful I am for them. Water is so Important and you don't realize how much of it you use until you don't have it. If these guys ever need anything and I can somehow randomly help, I would gladly do what I could for them. They were honest, quick, super clean with their work and very professional. Nevada Plumbing Authority is great. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The first time I used them Andrew came out on a Sunday to fix a leak in my attic in my water purification system. Was very professional. Wasted no time. Fixed it quickly and then did not charge me an arm and a leg, even though it was on a Sunday. I was amazed. I had to call them again today. Another leak in the attic. This time a leak in a PVC pipe joint coming from an air conditioner above my wine room. Called them at 9:15 am. Andrew and partner were here at 12:00 pm. Back into the attic, saw it was a condensate line from the air conditioner for the wine room. Told me they did not have the right tools to fix that. Suggested I contact an air conditioner repair to get it done. They said if they tried it, it could make matters worse. I asked for a recommendation and was told the air conditioner guy they usually used did not do a good job on condensate lines so they hesitated to make the recommendation. No charge for the call. These guys are professional. They are reasonable and they do not try to hold themselves out to be experts in everything. I have had service people in the past that thought they could solve all problems and then they ended up making the problem worse. Andrew, from Nevada Plumbing Authority, did an outstanding job attaching an outdoor gas line to our natural gas grill. He spent a lot of time making sure all the parts were correct for the grill, even taking the time to go and buy a kit that would fit our grill. We didn't have the parts necessary on hand. I initially got an estimate from Gilbert at Precision Plumbing and they quoted me $385. Andrew quoted me $150 to do the job. We did have to pay $70 for the kit and would have had to it in either case, but I am so happy to have found Nevada Plumbing Authority. They are not only extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing, but just as importantly, they are honest!!!! To me, this is extremely important as it is so easy to be taken advantage of, especially being a senior. If you want to have the job done right and for a fair price call NPA and ask for Andrew. To be fair, I just was very impressed with Andrew and I assume all the plumbers at NPA are just as good as Andrew so any of them will do a great job. I had a leaking water manifold which was a special order and a leaking shower valve. The job was completed at the price and time frame promised. Also, while the plumber was on site, he was asked to look at a toilet that was leaking internally at the flush valve. The repair was not completed and the plumber on site charged for his time to inspect. When the owner found out that the problem was not repaired and we were charged. He refunded the money.
