I scheduled an appointment for today for a commercial location I'm looking to open up and get some plumbing work on. I needed somebody to provide a quick consultation and loose estimate on what I needed/wanted done. I scheduled my appointment a couple days ago with Brian for today 12-1. They gave me a tighter window, knowing I don't currently rent the space and would have to meet. He also confirmed I could get any time I needed since he had no other jobs that day. Today (date of the consult) less than 10 mins prior to noon, he text me to cancel. Stating he's stuck on another job. So this is a job he set up after he set my appointment. Less than 10 mins notice is not caring about my time and I suspect he wouldn't appreciate if I did that to him today. I don't like leaving crummy reviews but this is so deserved. Wow where do I start. The photos kind of say it all. When Bryan gave me the estimate, $49.00 cost, he stated that when he was done I wouldn't even know he was there. He said I would only be without water for 15 minutes. He cut the main water line and only after, realized it wasn't the same size pipe he had. Now, without water until almost noon the next day. Then, once he got paid he let us know he couldn't fix the hole in the stucco, the hole in the dry, the hole in my walkway, which he stated very clearly he would replace, but he did say he fixed the irrigation line he cut. After taking my repair coupling from my house, he never did fix the line. I asked for red danger tape to be put in the ditch he dug so someone in the future would know it was there, not only did he not put it down, he took the roll I bought myself with him. Then, we get to the job he was hired to do, replace the main water line. He actually did that, the problem in the future will be how deep the buried the line. Code calls for water line to be buried no less than 24 inches below ground. He knew this because he even told me he would dig the hole as deep as his knee. This is known as the freeze line in the ground. Two feet of the line is maybe 4 inches deep. When I complained, he threatened me with reporting me to Yelp, calling the police, and getting a call from his lawyer. He actually sent me a video showing me all the holes in my walls, showing how bad his work was like he was proud of his job. You look at the pictures and tell me. I noticed half his positive reviews are not even from this state, I wish I had done more research before trusting him. Bryan will probably come up with some fake story about what was said or threaten me more, just proves I am right. But I have security cameras all over my house that recorded everything. I just wish Yelp would let me upload videos on my review. But they did ask me to upload them to their email request so at least they have the videos the their possession. I have one last observation, If you start every job by saying you do NOT replace the pavers you remove, what has the need to offer almost a 20% discount. If replacing the pavers was not in the original estimate, no need to feel guilty. We are going after his Surety Bond but it turns out, Hydro-Jetting Pros does not even have an active business License in Las Vegas or Bonded. To be continued. read more

Don't Walk, Run from Hydro-Jetting Pros. I recently had a terrible experience with Bryan and Hydro-Jetting Pros. Bryan hydro-jetted the main line and mini-jetted the interior of my 1200 sq ft rental home for a "discounted" price of $2490. He warned me that there might be a bigger issue, but I agreed to do the minimum amount of work to clear the line. Unfortunately, the line backed up again, just as he had predicted and I agreed to pay another $2490. He presented a few options to help with the issue but after having authorized nearly $5000 of work, I went with his most affordable option to repair the sewer and raise the access point for the mainline. To repair the sewer, Bryan said that it would be a half day's work and quoted me $750 but offered it at a discount of $675. The following day, I visited the home with a contractor that I have used in the past. We were both appalled to find the unclogged toilet paper and paper towels strewn all over and the $675 pipe that was installed was not even installed. I asked my contractor if this looked like half a day's work and he said that I got ripped off. I immediately called Bryan and asked him what was done and he said they had to dig around the pipe to raise it up and that it did require a lot of work. He blamed a laborer for not securing the pipe and did come back later to secure it. I accepted his apology and tried to believe him that the work did take that long so I got off the phone with him and talked to my contractor about fixing the bigger issue. They began work and we were able to see that Bryan didn't do any digging as he mentioned. So $675 for a 18" pipe that they stuck in a hole and didn't do properly the first time... RIP OFF. This is the first time I ever met Bryan. Bryan was very friendly, well spoken, polite and very knowledgeable at his job. Bryan came to our home and first inspected the situation. He then gave us his opinion on the situation and suggestion a few things that he would try before addressing any further issues. The problem was that the shower drain was not draining fast enough. His first attempt to use a basic tool called a drain snake to clean the drain. He was unable to clear the drain with it. Second attempt he use a smaller but stronger tool snake and he got the drain cleared. Amazingly within two minutes he got it. He ran the hot water for a few minutes to follow up with the drain to see if somewhere along the pipe it would be clogged. Sure enough the water ran smoothly and his work was done. Bryan is very knowledgeable, fast and efficient in his line of work. Fantastic job Bryan a job well done. I most definitely will recommend you and your business to anyone that needs your services. Okay! So first, I did like a yelp request of companies to come out and Hydro Jetting Pros responded super fast which was awesome! They came out the next day and did a camera thing to let me know what was going on. Bryan suggested to try the hydro jetting to get the inside flushed but it was pretty gunky inside, probably from the previous house owner lol, but unfortunately that didn't work, but Bryan was able to not charge me like for the hydro jet since it didn't work and instead gave me my options of replacing my main line pipes in whole or in sections based on the collapsed pipe. We decided to replace the whole pipe, it was really unlucky for us because it didn't stay under the gravel and had to go into the concrete so then Bryan and his team had to cut up part of concrete and the price did keep adding up but Bryan was extremely helpful in working with my family to keep it in a budget that I could somewhat afford but also beneficial for them. I hate spending the money to fix it but I'm glad that Bryan helped me stay mostly on budget and fixed everything. They did it in about 6 days total and put everything back together again. My yard with the gravel looks untouched and the concrete got re-poured. I appreciate their hard work and effort. I also appreciate them working on the budget with me and still putting their all into making it look amazing. Thank you Bryan and everyone that worked on my home.
