Great at 1st , barbers can cut hair some of them but this is customer service related. This is the 2nd time I go and make an appointment with TOBI, and i waited the 1st time like 15 minutes for my haircut. The second time i go he still cutting hair and i know things happen but a couple times it becomes a habit and the worst part the audacity to charge me a cancellation fee. Get it together bro, like really i am not valued as a customer and his and my time. It just me or what is the point of an appointment is to be seen at that time thats why you use appointment system makes no sense. If that were the case shouldn't i just walk in. I don't want to make an appointment thinking ima be seen and wait 15 minutes. read more

Came in a couple days ago and Chris took care of me as a walk in and treated me like a long time customer. 10/10 coming back to this joint.

One of the best barbershop in OC the whole environment is such a vibe. I come here every single time and my barber never disappoints. Even other barbers here are amazing they know what they're doing and how you want your haircut. 30$ for quality haircuts you can get a cheap bad haircut for 15$ but it won't be as good as this place! read more

How do you promote a 20$ haircut and my barber charges me a whopping 30$ on top a messed up cut. I am extremely upset with the lack of professionalism at this establishment. It's like he tried to mess up or us he just that poor at his profession. Kid couldn't even look me in the eyes as I tipped him. Why tip a bad cut well for the reaction and because it's what you do in the service trades. I would not recommend you get your hair cut here. Go next door for half the price probably a better cut. They shouldn't even get a star more like a minus five. First they don't greet you. Then you wait over 40 min to get a cut for them to call on someone else who has no appointment also that barely showed up. It like they ignored us all to completely. Even some of the customers notice they did that to us. So we walked out. If I were you I'd go somewhere where they have better customer service skills. read more

Honestly the first time I came to this shop was because of my Brother, My son looks up to my brother so I gave it a try. My first visit I waited 3hrs to get a hair cut, I was ok with it I completely understood being a New customer with no appointment it tends to happen. The other times I've been there with appointments it's taken very long as well, mind that I'm a very patient person. But today legit my patients ran out and I don't ever write reviews on anything but I am completely appalled for what just happened. I had an appointment for 5 o'clock which we attended sharply, when my son and I get there the barber he is cutting someone else's hair which I was ok with at first, it took him 1 hr. To be finish, as my son and I are patiently waiting for him to be done, We finally see him finish we obviously think my son is next but Nope the Barber decides he was gonna cut someone else's hair. A buddy of mine recommended this barbershop to me I was a bit skeptical about trying it out since I have been going to the same barber for years but he was unavailable. I decided to go in and all I can say its one of the best decisions I have made thus far GREAT barbers GREAT haircuts and GREAT customer service since the second I walked everyone was friendly and made you feel welcomed.
