I could tell she was very detail oriented with how precise she was fading and trimming my hair. The haircut took a lot longer than my usual barber shop but that's because she took her time and made sure the haircut was to my liking. The cost of the haircut was only a bit higher than the barber shop that I usually go to. Overall, I had a great first impression of this barber shop because of her and now I might just make the permanent switch over because it's much closer to my house anyways.

When we arrived, Matt told me it would be an hour wait because another customer had just sat down. I'm sorry, but what is the point of making an appointment if I'm still expected to wait an hour? If the barber was running behind, I would have appreciated a phone call before making the trip. I understand that things happen, but an hour wait for a scheduled appointment is not reasonable.
