Came downstairs to Dog Diarrhea all over our living room carpet!!! Looked up on Yelp for good reviews and Picked King's carpet cleaning. Moe was super accommodating because of the situation and did an amazing job. Couple of hours after Moe left my wife calls me almost in tears cause the dog did it again!! Called Moe back and despite a hectic schedule he came back to our house within 20 minutes and once again did an amazing job. There was a small spot in the second area that was a bit crusty but we were still very happy with job. I contacted Moe of Kings Carpet Cleaning needing carpets in three rooms and a set of stairs cleaned, with the knowledge that we had other workers in our home completing other work. So that meant that he would also have to work around the other work being done. The other issue he also had to address was the fact that we needed to move furniture. Simply put, Moe is as good as it gets. Not only did he assist me in moving a lot of furniture in order for him to do his work, he suggested that he could clean carpets in two of the three rooms, and then return at a convenient time for me to clean the carpets of the third room and the stairs. His solution is just what we needed! As for his work, it was simply excellent. He worked quickly, was very focused on doing the job well, performs his job in a professional manner, and was very friendly and courteous! Mo arrived at my home right at the appointment time. He text me along the way to keep me updated. He cleaned a very large living room, family room and thick master bedroom carpet for me, as well as 2 rugs. He was done in about 2-3 hours, everything came out spotless and perfect and was mostly dry in about 4 hours. The house smelled great. He's a polite and friendly man, I cannot recommend his services enough! In the past, a different vendor cleaned the bedroom carpet and with it being very thick it took literally days to dry.
