Quick reminder of their Health Department violations: VIOLATIONS Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control Food separated & protected Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean Proper cold holding temperatures Handwashing sinks supplied & accessible Edit after Bagelman's response: I think the fact that they think this was just a complaint about their bacon shows that they genuinely don't comprehend food safety. And I absolutely told you what you could go do - this was after being told that you didn't understand what the problem was and I said that you need to check food quality because you're going to make people sick. Notice how I never asked for a refund? I was calling to keep you from making your customers sick, and taking ANY accountability was well beyond your capabilities. So long it was hard to break off and enjoy in one bite - ziti, meatball and cheese all in one taste. The toasted bread needed more butter as it was just dry toast to me. I had plenty of leftovers and tried to pawn them off on my husband for dinner. While he did eat it all he also made mention that even after heating it up in the microwave, the cheese was still hard to eat. Our server either had too many tables or just doesn't believe in refilling water. I had hopes that if my glass only had ice in it she would take that as a hint to refill it.
