This is more of a review of the Ram brand than this specific location. I owned a 2017 Ram 2500 diesel. Someone ran a red light directly in front of me and I totaled my truck when I hit them. The cab shifted more than 2" off of the frame. The air bags did not deploy on the truck because they were obviously defective. When I contacted Stellantis, the corporation that owns Ram, they did nothing but stall for months until a rebuilder bought the truck so Stellantis could say there was nothing they could do. I owned 3 dodge/ram vehicles. I sold the other 2 and will never buy another vehicle from them. In the past I owned 5 of their vehicles. I have taken my Jeep Wrangler to this dealership since buying it new in 2020. I have always had a good experience, prices have gone up but what hasn't gotten more expensive. Anyway, called the dealership yesterday and had a person answer, sent me to the service dept. line where I got nothing but recorded messages. Decided to just drive there since I had some time on my hands and was shocked at the way the service department gentleman that I spoke with handled my request. It was immediately evident that he was annoyed that I had the nerve to just walk in and try to have a conversation about getting an oil change. Again, I've had my vehicle serviced there from the beginning and I've dealt with this same person every time. So I didn't understand why he was so intent on not helping me. The service we were provided here was an absolute A+ rating. Paul is our salesman and he was an absolute asset to have with us as we were looking for a used car for my son. We found a car and decided to purchase it and we were told they priced the car wrong. Since the price was advertised they honored it and detailed the car head to toe before they turned it over to us. After several months of failures, I feel the need to update my review. Bringing a vehicle here will only result in more problems than you had originally. Shoddy repairs and unresponsive employees are all you'll find. A minor repair here has led us to more and more repairs needed after an inexperienced tech broke more than he fixed. The employees don't seem to care, and each time send us to the back of line. I wonder if they've ever really completed a repair. After several attempts, we're giving up and will never be back. Given the opportunity, angry drunken chipmunks could do a better job. They'd probably be nicer to deal with, too. read more

Buyer Beware! Let me start with the fact I would never ever recommend this dealer to buy any car! If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Also, found out from several other Jeep owners in my neighborhood that they would never give Kings Automall a single dime including warranty work. I was informed when I put the money down on the Jeep it would be 6-8 weeks, and was basically 16 weeks. Never receiving any compensation for their MISTAKES I tried working things out with the General Manager and received nothing from them even though they told me several times that the Jeep will be ready and each time the Jeep was not ready to be picked up. During this process, I even asked for his boss and was never told this GM's bosses name or contact information. He also told me that someone would be getting back to me to refund the cost of installing the hood lock of $65 that I ordered and had installed before the rest of the Jeep was ready. Well that was not ever refunded and no one has been in contact with me. I wanted red seatbelts installed like the Recon Rubicon, and the parts department sent my seatbelts out to get re-webbed and the service department broke a clip during installation (the part was never ordered over night) and took over a week before getting my Jeep. I was told several dates that my Jeep will be ready for pick up and it was never ready on the dates I was told. I work in EMS and work all over the US helping communities with life saving abilities. I lost over $4000.00 in workover opportunities, my valuable time, and not to mention helping out other communities. I paid approximately $1200.00 for the seatbelts I wanted installed and another $350 for the hood lock and installation. I was not given a single dime for their mistakes telling me the Jeep was going to be completed and ready for pickup and breaking a clip causing unnecessary delays. These delays caused other issues with other business, because I had other things schedule to be completed. Which I had to reschedule several times. Did I mention, after doing the paperwork their finance department never sent me a copy via mail or email like I requested and they over charged me $1000.00. They never deducted $1000.00 I put down on the Jeep to start the process. It took me calling them for this to be refunded. Also, I received the Title to the Jeep a few days before I ever received my Jeep (paid in full on April 17 2020). Timeline: -Ordered Jeep Jan 27 2020 -Manufacture emailed 28 Feb with a delay (EGR Value-Dealership never knew of the delay and didn't know why it was delayed. I found that out for myself). Manufacture gave me $40 for this delay, and I still think that is hilarious since I paid close to $63K. -Manufacture emailed 13 March and 20 March both emails saying the same thing. Jeep is pending final inspection! By the way this was before the COVID 19 shutdown! -Jeep arrived dealership 10 April 2020 -Financial paperwork completed over the phone 15 April. Where I asked for a copy of the paperwork to be emailed and sent to me. Which I have yet to receive that email or the completed paperwork in the mail. Plus I was over charged my original deposit, and I had to call the dealership for a refund. -30 April was told the Jeep would be done - Never done because they broke a part in the installation and part was not ordered overnight -4 or 5 May I was told my Jeep would be done - Still no replacement part that was broken during installation. -Jeep driven over to the next stop (Ceramic Coating and Window Tinting on the 6 May. A business I had to reschedule 2 other times because of this dealership) -14 May Jeep ready to be picked up from Ceramic Coating and Window tinting, but was not picked up until 15 May -16 May 2020 finally picked up my Jeep from this dealership. Short version:The service department is terrible. Bad customer service and bad attitudes. Had to go through 4 different people to get anything taken care of on my truck. Online appointments don't mean anything to them and they don't have the courtesy to make a 30 second phone call to update the situation. Service advisors have no clue about extended factory warranties and recalls and what's covered. Then they throw a fit and get irate when you bring in documentation showing them that it should be covered. Wanted to argue about a $160 labor + misc charge bill. Rude and don't care about real customer service. Detailed Version: Made an online appt for fault code on my 16 Ram 1500 ecodiesel. Fault code P245b Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Bypass Control Circuit Range/Performance. There was a recall and had extended the warranty for the EGR and associated systems so it should have been covered. I made the appt on Thurs 9/17 or Fri 9/18 for 7:15am on Wed 9/23. Called on Mon 9/21 to make sure that they knew it was warranty work and to ask if it was okay to drop off Tues night and the guy said that they won't know if it's covered until they look at it. Drop off the truck Tues night and wait all day Wed for any update. Heard nothing all day when my appt was 7:15. I call at 5pm when they close at 6pm thinking that was enough time for them to look at it. Guy who answered the phone said I was assigned to Craig, but no notes about my truck and that Craig had already left for the day and that he would have him call me first thing Thurs morning. I go online to check my appt status and see if something was in there and notice that I was assigned another service advisor and an appt on Fri 9/25. I had to call them AGAIN to ask why there is an appt for Fri. This time I speak with Aaron, who was the only helpful person, and he says that Craig doesn't have any diesel techs on his team so he pushed me off to somebody who does have a diesel tech. And that person is on maternity leave, so it was actually assigned to Kent. Aaron said that he had spoken with Kent and that he would be able look at the truck on Thurs, not Fri. So Craig who knew at 7:15am on Wed 9/23 that he couldn't work on my truck never even had the courtesy to call me and tell me what was going on. Still never even heard from him on Thurs first thing like I was told. The person who first answered the phone never told me all this either. I had to call back a second time to find all this out from someone who wasn't even assigned to my truck. Finally get a call Thurs late morning from Kent to update. He said a hose from the actuator to the EGR had split so they replaced the hose that they didn't charge me for, but that I had to pay $145 for labor. I questioned as to why this wasn't part of the warranty and he said because it's a hose and not actually part of the EGR and that he tried to enter it as warranty but it didn't come back as anything. I didn't feel like arguing so I said fine. Then I printed the extended warranty info as well as the court case page and highlighted where it stated that turbocharger system and all components to include the hoses and actuator are covered and that they cover the labor charges. I brought them in and asked Kent again to explain the repair then showed him the documents stating they should be covered and he became irate and just flicked the papers away stating that he'll zero out the labor charges but that he doesn't know how he going to get reimbursed for them. As a customer that is not my problem. It's between him and Fiat Chrysler to cover labor charges as outlined in the extended warranty and consent decree I have pictured. He then stormed off to the cashier, ripped the keys from the paperwork and just handed them to me and just said, "Here." Didn't say where the truck was or have anyone pull it around like most dealerships, and I had to ask him where it was parked since he obviously was too irritated to tell me. read more

**BUYER BEWARE** This dealership sells cars with FAULTY BRAKES. After recently purchasing a vehicle from them, I discovered that braking at highway speeds leads to violent shaking and a jammed brake pedal. My mechanic took a look, and told me that cheap aftermarket brake pads/rotors that DO NOT FIT this vehicle were installed, making the car too dangerous to drive. I called this dealership asking to replace the faulty brakes with OEM parts, but they were rude and refused to help as the car was purchased "as-is". Unless you plan to have a mechanic inspect every part prior to buying, DO NOT BUY from them, or you will be RISKING YOUR LIFE. On recommendation from my mechanic, I no longer drive this vehicle as it is not safe to drive and the dealership has refused to help. I drove 9 hours total to see a car on a Friday after taking a day off from work. The dealership knew I was coming. I emailed the group several times the next morning around 8:00 AM in order to get a couple of questions answered and to hopefully close the deal..I did not get a response back until 1PM after I texted one last time. Over the next 4 hours I was able to get my questions answered and shave off a few dollars off of the cost. That's when I was told that the car had just been sold. So, after roughly two days of effort, a very slow response on their part Saturday morning and being involved in an active purchase discussion, their manager did not think it reasonable to offer me a chance to close the deal. I get the idea that the first "Yes" makes the deal, though not after a customer has real skin in the game and an active discussion going on. I only wish the car had been sold when I was two or three hours out, at least I would not have wasted as much time. read more

This review is specifically for the Service Department. I'm amending my earlier, favorable review of this Dodge Dealership, mainly as a warning for any customer researching regarding the specific vehicle we purchased. Everything I said in my earlier review (below) is true. I haven't changed a word. However, my warning concerns the Dodge Journey. Don't buy it. It's a good looking vehicle, but dig a little online before buying this model and you'll see that driver after driver after driver has had problems with this vehicle. We have a used 2009 that we bought from this dealer and we have had nothing but trouble with it since the beginning. The ignition has gone out, Gaskets have broken leaking oil out and sending horrible smoke everywhere, brake wear is horrendous, tire wear is horrible and each tire costs $400 to replace. Do not be fooled by a good looking Crossover- this vehicle is horrible. You know you have a lemon when the Service Department Shuttle Driver knows you by your name, where you work and which door to drop you off at. The service department is paid to give answers...I understand that. But after my Dodge Journey completely lost power and electric twice within four weeks WHILE DRIVING, they could neither diagnose or fix the problem- only offering what they 'think' might be the problem and giving an 'educated guess' on what 'might' help prevent it from happening again. The recommended service (of course, not covered by the warranty) must be in the Dodge Dealer Service Playbook- because a simple search showed that Dealer after Dealer recommended the same fix, only for the driver to have the same problem again shortly after the Dodge Journey was serviced. In this case, the service we received was not good enough. We were disappointed and let down with this vehicle, and the service we received. If you are paying dealer service prices you need absolute answers. The truth is- the Dodge Journey is a lemon and there is no lemonade to be made. Maybe, just maybe, we will give this dealer a second chance with a new vehicle purchase.....it just won't be a Journey! I hope to have an update soon. ---------- Original Review: I've long been a believer that servicing a vehicle at the dealer was tantamount to exorbitant prices for parts and service. When we purchased our used 2009 Journey R/T, we also purchased an extended service warranty. Since the purchase we have taken all warranty and non-warranty work to Kings Dodge and they've always treated us fairly- and their service comes with the peace of mind that they will do everything to factory specifications and they back their work 100%. A couple of other benefits: - Since we bought our car here we have lifetime oil changes for free. - The service department provides loaner vehicles or a shuttle if you leave your car for service with them. - You can schedule service online. They always confirm with an e-mail (immediately after scheduling) and phone call (24-48 hours before scheduled service). The only negative I would report is that scheduling service online is not as easy as it should be. You have to select from the pre-populated list of services available, and I've needed service not available on the list. You can add service notes, but they limit the number of characters you can key into the text box- plus the service team doesn't always look at the additional comments. read more

I bought a used Subaru on a saturday back in June. Just want to warn that when after taking the car back home and checking the motor oil level, it was way overfilled. The level was a whole Low-High spacing above the high mark. They advertised getting free oil changes for the life of the car, but just watch out since if the oil level is too high you won't be getting many oil changes. I just had the displeasure of working with a dealer named Gary Warman. I drove to see a car I had been in contact with him about for days. I get to the dealer, get the car, test drive it, and decide I liked it enough to take it to a mechanic just outside the dealership. I get a diagnostic for the car only to find out by him calling me on my cell phone that he had sold the car while I had it. I had to pay for the diagnostic check anyway and return the car. I get there obviously upset and he tells me he had no commitment, even though he had called while I was waiting in the shop to tell me someone else was interested and told me it was fine since I had the car first and I informed him that I was indeed very interested. It was at this point he told me he was writing up a bill of sale to let the other buyer know I was interested. I'd say that was a commitment right there. While we were back at the shop after returning the car, he then said it was first come first serve. I would think by me being there first, being in the car, and being at the mechanic would be first come first serve. He said I would be reimbursed via check for the diagnostic and we left. I have yet to recieve that check and it's been a couple weeks! So that was a bold face lie. I will be letting everyone know of these greedy shady business practices. If you do shop here do NOT work with Gary Warman. He is SHADY and GREEDY and does not care about the customer. He's only out to make a quick buck just like every other shady salesman out there. DONT BUYT A JEEP FROM THESE GUYS! Unfortunately deciding to lease a JEEP has truly been the WORST decision I have ever made - i know many other people with Cherokees have had the same issues. Since driving off your lot my Cherokee has had nothing but major problems. In the last 2.5 years the Jeep has been in the shop twice (once in Columbus and once in Cincinnati) because the radio/navigation never works - after 2 attempts to fix the issue it still doesn't work. Its also been recalled twice for issues with the anti-lock brakes. I still have a n outstanding recall for that issue - I guess this is a 3d recall? I also have a separate 4th recall regarding the electrical system - apparently hackers can access my info? I do have a full time job so I can pay for my vehicle so don't have time to continue taking the Jeep back in for maintenance. What an excellent experience! When we walked in: we were greeted within seconds and our salesman Ben Skolnick was very cordial. I felt no pressure and we had a very friendly conversation both about our vehicle and just life in general. We got a great deal and Ben Skolnick did not hide anything from us. Some dealers like to hide all of the costs by giving you a per monthly over the life of the loan. Not so here. Ben broke down the sale-price started out clearly on paper. After the sale, Ben came out to the vehicle and clearly explained all of the operations and even connected our phone via Bluetooth. I really dislike leaving poor reviews because everyone is entitled to a bad day. However, after four years of doing business with them, it's become evident that it is time to go elsewhere. We took advantage of their tire sale six months ago for both of our 2014 vehicles. By November, the rear tires were bald on our Dodge. We only drive to and from work with this car. We suspected that they didn't do an alignment when they replaced the tires, which was part of what we paid for. We contacted Dodge and they refuse to make it right. Less than six months!!!
