Great online store. Excellent deals on PD trade-ins that happen all the time. Fast shipping. Good comms. Totally recommend.

I've read some of the reviews here, but I've not had the same experience as others. I've been to…read morethis locations multiple times and purchased a shotgun, a rifle, cargo pants, ammo and some boots. I've never had an issue, they were always helpful. Their prices are very competitive and if you search the website you can get really good coupon deals to use in the store. On my last rifle purchased I saved $220 compared to Bass Pro Shops and Academy Sports. Again, my experience with the Columbia location has been much better others I've read.

If I could give less than 1 star or a big fat zero, I would! No help at all anywhere, none in the shoe department, oh and how they rearranged that area is ridiculous. Super narrow aisles, very high shelves, shoes are no longer on top so it's hard to see what's what. And its very poor lighting. Looks even dumpier now. Then check out. What a gem he was! No greeting again when we put the shoes on the counter to pay. Not a hello, or a did you find everything ok? Nothing. Not. One. Word. He mumbled the price and my husband paid, then again, nothing. No thank you, nothing. Retail is 99.9% customer service. Even if you don't have items in stock, or for any reason - ALWAYS GREET THE CUSTOMER! OFFER HELP! And if there isn't enough help cause no one wants to work there, then pay more and maybe you'll retain people. Make it a pleasant environment. It's like a miserable morgue vibe in there. I used to be a retail manager so I know what customer service is. Its NOT THIS PLACE! They need to read "The Nordstrom Way" and get a clue. I won't ever shop there again or give them one more penny of our money. It's never been good there, but this time it was the worst!!! GET WITH IT CORPORATE AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STORE!!!

Couldn't have imagined a better experience if I tried! I initially called to check availability and Wes was very friendly and answered all my preliminary questions. When I arrived, he took time to recommend a rental - the phoenix trinity 2011 (which was amazing to shoot) - and explained the reasoning behind that choice. All of his advice was spot on and he then took the time to explain grip, stance, safety, and answer the multitude of questions I had. He even took the time to let me practice with dummy rounds so I was comfortable reloading and knew how everything worked. At no point did anyone make me feel bad about being a beginner - despite there being other customers who clearly were much more advanced than me. The rentals are also very noticeably well maintained. Since this was my first time shooting at a range and I didn't feel comfortable being alone, he incredibly kindly contributed his time to come in to the lanes with me and make sure I was comfortable, doing everything right/safely, and answer further questions. I can't begin to express my gratitude for Wes spending so much of his time to make this experience once I thoroughly enjoyed. I learned so much and I can't wait to come back! I would go out of my way to come back to this place specifically - it's worth it. Thank you Wes and the team and Modern Warriors for providing a place people can learn and feel comfortable and happy at any level! A few notable things (there's so much more though, you really have to experience it for yourself): - incredibly kind and welcoming staff; - very wide range of well maintained rentals; - ear and eye protection - earplugs and a high tech pair of ear defenders that block out gunshot noise but still allow you to hear the person you're talking to); - immaculately clean place - like they thought of every detail; - Reasonably priced - and worth every penny!

Very rare, and high end pistols you just can't find anywhere else, incredible selection of rifles, suppressors, and gear; and the friendliest most professional staff with incredible customer service. Regarding the range, it's never too busy and very clean/professional. I'm all about voicing criticisms, but with MW; I simply don't have any. This is my go-to.
