The polishing - perfecto! Nine of this was cheap - thousands of dollars - but all came out beauts! These folks know their work and even restored the rock damaged trim. Bet they could build you a trim piece if needed. Good experience, delays were only for the chrome (polish came in as estimated.). Front staff knows their stuff and is very helpful. Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!

I contacted Elite Sandblasting through their website and promptly got a call back. I sent a few pictures to them with the dimensions of my job and quickly received a very reasonable quote. I scheduled the service to be done a week later and I was provided with two courtesy calls, one day before and one hour before arrival, very nice of them. Two men arrived and performed the service and cleaned up after it was done. The took care to mask all of our windows and any areas that could have been damaged by the process. If you need sandblasting done I recommend this company! A couple words of warning: Sandblasting is a very loud and somewhat dusty process so warn your neighbors before having the work done.
