I appreciate the selection between new, out of box new, pre-owned and reconditioned. I come in with a budget and an idea of what appliance needs I have and it's easy to find what fits within your constraints. I've never received an appliance that hasn't worked and their delivery has always been within the estimated windows. I've shopped around at other national, local and independent retailers and B&B has always had the best prices for the same or similar item at competing stores with delivery and takeaway of the old. I won't say that I shop at B&B exclusively because I always do my research and shop around, but I've yet to NOT to purchase from B&B after comparing four or five appliance retailers. Take that for what it is, a ringing endorsement for you to not waste time waiting for a deal on Black Friday, Memorial Day or Fourth of july and make your way to B&B for your next appliance purchase.

Conner shows up and his hand is wrapped in a protective trauma splint, having just smashed it while working on an appliance the day or so before, so the guy literally is one-handed. He then proceeds to repair our dryer as if he had another invisible arm and hand. He got that thing apart with finesse and skill somehow managing with only one decent hand. It was awesome and he wasn't a hacker, beating the tar out of our dryer like some Joe 6-pack (a low-quality repair guy who will do any job for a 6-pack of cheap beer.) Not hard to imagine the discomfort from throbbing pain the guy endured to deliver his brand and take care of his family, a very respectable ethic. I offered to give him a hand (couldn't resist the pun) when he needed it and he thanked me, but never asked. RESPONSIVE AND QUICK TO SCHEDULE. He was responsive through my Yelp messaging request and scheduled our dryer repair quickly. When he arrived, the problem was as we thought, a failing belt. He also suggested the wisdom of replacing another related item (I forgot the part), as it was wearing and also typically goes soon after the factory belt, indicating the high probability of saving us money from not having to pay him labor to come back out in a month or so and open up the dryer again! Conner earned more of out trust in that moment, not to mention it is a suggestion a homeowner loves to receive. COMPETITIVE PRICING. His pricing was very competitive, even though we weren't shopping for the cheapest option, but rather preferring sooner scheduling and quality. " This is our process" is the response when customer questions method. I'm stuck with them because of an appliance that came with our house. However, what their core products have always been for over 25 years is providing us with everything you need for inside and outside of your home. Whether it's to recover or make new window awnings, re-cover your furniture on the inside and the outside, recover your boat seats, home decor, tote bags, throw pillows, make bean bag chairs, kids & adult crafts, and anything else you can imagine, even curtains. It is one-stop shopping for unusual fabrics, trim, etc., needed for stage, theater, and Halloween costumes, and the unusual trimmings that go with them. I have used it for exotic fabrics for Christmas and Easter pageants at my church. I also used it to recover the seating on a used boat, and the canvas needed to replace the top sun shade covering over the cab of the boat. Have also bought tough canvas to make a back patio cover. They also sell leather hides. Those are the types of materials you can find here, along with whatever hardware is needed to go with the installation of your do-it-yourself project involving indoor fabric & outdoor material. Bring your finished item back in, pick out the grommets needed to hang it, and as a great convenience, they will stamp those grommets in for you for a nominal price. We are blessed to have this brick-and-mortar store in our city. I just can't get used to this new online way of choosing material from a small 2 x 2 photo. Is my computer screen showing me the true color? What is the true thickness...what the heck is 2mm? I absolutely need to see and feel the material to know if it will work for me.
