Super quick. Super efficient and effective communication. Let's face it. We're all busy. I don't necessarily have the luxury of stopping what I'm doing in the middle of the day or stepping away from my desk to make a call. It's much easier to respond via email or text and I suspect that's the case for most busy individuals these days. They called me ahead of time to let me know Chris was on his way to get my appliances fixed. Our Maytag washer was rockin' & rollin' even with the lightest of wash loads & our dryer has no power at all. After a quick diagnostic test, Chris has everything all figured out. It took him a couple of hours (including time he had to obtain parts) but he got our washer & dryer all fixed up! Repair cost was on par with just about any other repair network in the Valley with far better communication. Not fun paying this stuff out of pocket but still considerably less expensive than a new washer & dryer. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Appliance Works to my friends, family or fellow Yelp'ers!

I called another company for a 2nd opinion and he told me that the fridge is still under warranty for parts only. I would still pay the labor. These more expensive builtin units have better warranties than stand alone units. So I called customer service at frigidaire and they got someone out right away and ordered the parts. They explained that I will only be paying for labor to install the new parts, which will have their own warranty and I agreed. I saved about $3,000 NOT using Appliance Works. They've lost a property manager with several properties under management now.

He told me he could give me a $50 discount if I paid cash. Never wrote me out a service receipt nor emailed it or checked back in as he promised. I became leery when the refrigerator began to overheat again in less than 24 hours. Upon researching I found that the average price to find, fully repair and recharge antifreeze leaks are only $200-$500. He did not diagnose the issue nor in any way attempt to fix the actual problem. I had another repairman come who fully diagnose the issue, gave a fair quote for full Repair and added antifreeze for only $175 But the very Worst part of it All, is when I left a honest review on google of his Terrible service he responded by putting All of the personal information he had of mine in his review response!! Full name, phone#, email, home address and more!! I'm currently working with google to have it Removed! By far my WOREST tech experience ever! Do Not let this man in your home for any reason! Just be a human being and give it what it wants. Vladimir is the owner of the business. He was my Referal Steve was my technician. Steve had to go get a $60 plastic part the cost for them to come out is $125. My total bill was 185. It took a day and a half because of having to get parts I had a chance to clean all the parts so that when my machine was reassembled, it didn't have 12 years of dog and human grossness, it truly wasn't that bad but still. I will call these guys again and again less is more if you have older stuff it was built better than the new stuff that's on the market appliance wise again this was a washer. She was not kidding, she sent out the best technician by the name of Dan C. Dan arrived the next day and he got right to work, once he examined the issue he explained everything really well to me and my family. He told me he was gonna send a txt the following day to discuss the price for repairing our washer. Obviously we agreed to the price of repairing, and he fixed it the next day. First and foremost, Conner raises the bar for Best-in-Class Appliance Repair Technicians!…read more I FOUND OUR DRYER REPAIR EXPERIENCE WITH CONNER TO BE BEYOND TOP NOTCH (MAY 2023). Conner shows up and his hand is wrapped in a protective trauma splint, having just smashed it while working on an appliance the day or so before, so the guy literally is one-handed. He then proceeds to repair our dryer as if he had another invisible arm and hand. He got that thing apart with finesse and skill somehow managing with only one decent hand. It was awesome and he wasn't a hacker, beating the tar out of our dryer like some Joe 6-pack (a low-quality repair guy who will do any job for a 6-pack of cheap beer.) Not hard to imagine the discomfort from throbbing pain the guy endured to deliver his brand and take care of his family, a very respectable ethic. I offered to give him a hand (couldn't resist the pun) when he needed it and he thanked me, but never asked. RESPONSIVE AND QUICK TO SCHEDULE. He was responsive through my Yelp messaging request and scheduled our dryer repair quickly. When he arrived, the problem was as we thought, a failing belt. He also suggested the wisdom of replacing another related item (I forgot the part), as it was wearing and also typically goes soon after the factory belt, indicating the high probability of saving us money from not having to pay him labor to come back out in a month or so and open up the dryer again! Conner earned more of out trust in that moment, not to mention it is a suggestion a homeowner loves to receive. COMPETITIVE PRICING. His pricing was very competitive, even though we weren't shopping for the cheapest option, but rather preferring sooner scheduling and quality. I just remembered I hadn't written him this review (he didn't ask, just something I felt was merited) and am about to leave him a voicemail asking him to schedule a replacement on our most recent need, a squeaky washer belt.
