I had a washer that stopped working, an error code came up that indicated broken door lock. The new door assembly would be very expensive. Otkay took apart the door and told me it was fine; that digital error codes can often be wrong when the mother board is going. The spinner basket was off balance too, so he told me to get a new one. Even recommended some good brands and suggestions where to shop. He could have charged me allot to replace door lock assembly and fix off balance basket. We have, in the past, used Oktay for major appliance issues and yesterday was the latest. Our dryer was making a loud groaning type noise so I contacted OS via his web site. Once again, Oktay took great care of us. A fuse blew on our dryer and Oktay got it working again quickly. We made a list of other items to consider: a cooktop element and ice maker that weren't working, a noisy and less than optimal microwave oven.
