What really upset me was when a group of men walked up to the bar after us. Instead of asking us if we had been helped or wanted to order, she immediately went over to them and took their order. At that point, we felt completely ignored and decided to leave. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and some of the worst customer service I've received. A simple acknowledgment or "I'll be with you shortly" would have made a huge difference.
