Delano (and his dad) came to the house, gave us an estimate, and started on the work a couple of days later. They protected our floors, walls, trim, and household items while still laying down two coats on both the ceiling and the walls. They did all the work in less than a day, and even helped by putting up a piece of trim above the fireplace which had been taken down by an earlier crew working on the house. On top of that, they quoted us a fair price and provided a written receipt for all work completed. These guys are kind, considerate, talented, and really hard workers. He also gave me good information about cleaning frequency and he checked my ducts to make sure they were clean. He was on time and got the job done fairly quickly. The cleaning fluid had a nice lemon scent when the air conditioner came on so it wasn't overpowering. I've also scheduled another appointment and they were very helpful.
