Paid $14 for a simple carwash and they couldn't even do that. Left my car still dirty and with water/soap stains...

Bird duk left on my passenger door.

First, i was charged $3 twice for two of the four vacuums that had little to no section . This is even after I pushed the stop button. Second, well, just look at the photos that I've uploaded with this review to see what my car looked like after paying $14 for a car wash. I will not use this facility again. I'd rather go up to Mill Plain and use the tweaker wash there across from the Safeway just off of Andresen. At least there, if I pay an arm and a leg and my car comes out looking like crap, it's my fault. I feel like for the $26 total I spent this morning, I could've at least gotten dinner before I got you know whated.

My car after the Kirkland car wash.

My car is small, hardly got dried. So I parked, to finish drying it. It had blue streaks everywhere. Very dissatisfied!

Great new touchless carwash! My car came out spotless, no scratches or swirl marks. Super fast, easy to use. Only $10 but they had a range of lower and higher options with varying cleaning options depending on your preferences. Plus, the water pressure and soap coverage were great! Highly recommend if you care about your cars finish. Perfect if your car is ceramic coated!

If you zoom in you can see a lot of water still on the sides

Came here for a quick wash after a road trip down to San Francisco. Did a decent job, washed away most of the bugs and cleaned up the rest of the car pretty well. I went with the $13 option wash. The only thing I think could use and upgrade is the blow drying at the end. The air blows only from the top, usually there are blowers for the sides as well. The top of my car was dry, but the lower sides were still wet like there hadn't been a dryer. Also the timer for the blower starts at the same time that the sign changes to pull forward. So you lose about 5-10 seconds of dry time. Overall, I like this car wash and think it's worth the money you pay. Anyone looking for a decent wash should give it a try.

Low value. Not much more than a glorified rinse. Maybe okay on a ceramic coat. Prices not visible until payment point.

Rocket Wash is overall great! This review is based solely on Rocket Wash's automatic "Exterior…read moreOnly" car wash, and not their full interior or detailing services, which I hope to try once the rainy season is over. I came in for an exterior wash and was promptly greeted by a very friendly, professional, and helpful attendant who asked what service I wanted (they offer three levels of wash, priced at $8, $12, and $15). I asked for a recommendation, and he said that with all the rain this time of year, I probably wouldn't see the benefit of the $15, and recommended the $8 or the $12. I opted for the $12, and was extremely appreciative of his honesty and not just trying to charge me as much as he could. He was able to take my card payment right there on the spot using a portable card reader / receipt printer, which is very reassuring and makes for feeling more secure than if he'd had to take my card inside the building. I also very much appreciated his clear directions for where to go and what to do after payment was rendered. I was very pleased to be given two individually wrapped and labeled interior wipes: one for the dashboard, and one for glass. The dash wipe was very effective, but the glass wipe left a residue (I used it on the interior when I got home). The car wash itself was very surprising and fun! Halfway through, you're treated to bright, multi-color illumination that makes the foam on your car intensely glow one neon color at a time. This literally made me laugh, and was truly enjoyable. I also extremely appreciated the red, flashing 'Wait", and then the green, flashing "Go" sign at the end of the wash. This is much clearer and easier to follow than what most other car washes have. The dry station has many (what appear to be) rubber nozzles that get much closer to your car than any other I've ever experienced. I suspect that these were designed to get the car dryer than conventional designs do, but the glass didn't seem to be any dryer afterward than others. The only minor disappointment was that my car wasn't as clean after the wash as I'd expect it to be. I had to manually clean my side mirrors, a small area on each side window by the mirrors, and a section of the right side of my windshield after I got home. I'm sure that this can be fixed, and I'm looking forward to my next flashing colored light car wash! One final plus is its location makes it very easy to get into and out of. Despite it being located right on the busy Mill Plain Blvd. ingress and egress is easy and fast.

After my initial less than pleasant conversations with one of the folks here (Rachel...looking at…read moreyou...), Mr. Alex Bassett has done a wonderful job being super understanding and helpful. Updating in the meanwhile until I'm hopefully able to bring it in for service at which point I hope to continue adding stars.

I explained that I wanted to schedule an appointment for an A167 ,which was for and oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid replacement, notice and that I wanted to apply a discount offer from Hannah. The bot gathered my information and assured me that I would be contacted soon. No contact occurred; after 2 weeks I stopped at DHH, entered, approached a nice young service person, and told her I had a service communication complaint. She blanched, and referred me to another service lady. This lady listened to my complaint, implied a "so what" and asked if I wanted to schedule. I said I did and she referred me to a third lady. I, again, explained the situation and said I wanted to schedule. Her bored response was "when"? I had detailed the A167 code, and was told I was wrong and that the fluid replacement was for the differential. I reiterated my displeasure at having to come in person, and, without looking at me, said "you could have called"; I replied that I had tried. She dismissed me with " we have been busy." I don't think the responses were "nice".
