Now our credit has been hit for a hard inquiry for a credit card we don't want. Husband tried to call them and was told the person Matt that he needed to speak to was unavailable and would call him back. When he didn't receive a return call, husband called back and was told that Matt left for the day. I called them later and Matt answered the phone and double talked about how the financing was a credit card (he said he discussed that but it was never mentioned at all by anyone there) and that we'd need to call the credit card company to request an increase. Very misleading practices there! If we cannot trust them to be forthcoming why would I trust them in my home with a remodel?!

They put down a few stain samples after sanding to give us a better idea of how the stain will actually look on the flooring. They even went as far as putting a few sheens of poly after we picked the stain and we're unsure how glossy or not we want the finish.
