Stewart charged us a $150.00 restocking fee, told us that it worked fine and then sold it to an employee. This is bad business, @150.00 is a lot of money to charge a customer, that returned the light in good faith, because it did not work( but I guess the customer is never right) We paid for the pole attached also, an was given bad advise, because the one we had worked just fine for any light. Shame on you Stewart lighting and Nita for your behavior certaining this return. There was a reason your store was empty of customers. I went there to return 2 items that I had purchased online. Labels attached and receipt on hand. She took a deep breath and made me feel like I was committing some sort of fraud. Meanwhile I was purchasing at least $250 worth of items and returning just 2 pieces of clothing. I asked to speak with a supervisor but never showed up. I will take this matter further, because I love Tjmaxx and don't want to stop shopping because of this location.

Today, albeit was misting, we were told that the couches would be wrapped in blankets so when they pulled up, they had no blanket on the first one as they put it on the lift! This, after their warehouse manager assured me they would be wrapped all the way into our home. I complained, and all I got was I was "disrespecting" them. The second couch miraculously was covered so let's do the math as to who was being disrespected. For $9400, I don't need this shit from two amateur weatherman. When I asked one of them to come see the water on the couch, he first refused. Then he said the water came from the sky. I am not making this up. Unbelievable.
