As you walk around the grounds you'll notice there's also many greenhouses containing various houseplants. There's also a large variety of vegetable plants, cactuses,herbs, annuals and perennials. I was amazed by the large variety of trees: peach, apple, avocado, soursop, guava, walnut, pecan....the list goes on! Everyone there was extremely kind and helpful. The price of the plants were very reasonable and they have a loyalty program! You have 7 days a week to go check this place out- you will not regret it!

If I could give a negative rating, I would. I purchased a washer and dryer set and a set of…read morecouches. I then referred my kids. My daughter purchased a washer/dryer set and a big screen tv. My son purchased an electric reclining couch and a big screen tv. We all were encouraged to purchase the insurance so that in case anything broke, it would be repaired free I'd charge. Although it was expensive, we did yo ensure we wouldn't come out of pocket after making such big purchases. About 2 weeks after my son purchased his couch, the recline feature stopped working. After a technician inspected, he determined a part needed to be ordered. It took a while for the part to arrive, no fault of their's, they can't control when parts arrive. Since the part has arrived, we have had TWO different technicians not show up, reschedule AND lie about no one answering the door. I've spoken to a manger at Conn's (Raul) who sent an email and informed me he would call me back with an update, never heard back. I followed up today, spoke with Raul again, he told me he received a reply and that he has 3 managers working on this but due to the holiday, he probably wouldn't get a response if he followed up today. I asked for the number to the furniture repair department and spoke to an associate by the name of Laura. She informed me that there was already a new appointment made for 12.2.22 We had no idea which means a tech would have shown up, no one would be home and the cycle continues. Laura provided more info than the actual manager at Conn's. He could've easily made the same phone call that I did, probably wouldn't have been on hold for over 20 minutes and been able to inform me of the new appointment. Conn's passes problems on to the next person and nothing can get resolved. I couldn't even find out what time this "new" appointment has been set for. I advise anyone to steer clear of Conn's because should you need assistance AFTER your purchase, you'll be responsible for ensuring it gets done with no help from Conn's or management. 3143 SE Military San Antonio, TX 78223
