The pricing reflects significant savings from the full retail pricing. The shop is beautifully staged and merchandise is neatly displayed. The shop has an open layout. The furniture is placed in the middle of the shop with houseware, serving ware, bedding, and home decor on the shelves along the walls. In regards to furniture, some of the items they carry range from lighting fixtures, coaches, living room lounge chairs, console tables, bookcases, coffee tables, bookcases, display cabinets, dressers. drawers, bedside tables, counter top chairs, dining tables and chairs. But since it's an outlet, there is no guarantee of certain incoming inventory. Every time I pop in here, the staff are busy assisting customers. You will have to wait for assistance. But that's where I'm not sure how that system works. It's not so much first come first next; more like who's the most aggressive in getting someone attention. This is important because hot items are marked sold quickly. If you can't find a staff person in the floor, go to the cashier up front promptly to lay dibs.

When I'm at the outlets, this is one of the shops I must stop at. CB is one of my favorite retail furniture and home stores. Their style leans to being modern and functionally minimalist. I visited recently. The staff greeted us and everyone that walked in. Staff individually moved about the shop asking folks if they needed assistance. We spoke to a couple of associates; they were engaging and helpful. This weekend they are having an additional discount of 10% added to the already tiered markdown prices.. And the items not marked down are 20% off. This sale structure is common of them. The inventory of furniture was in good shape and in my opinion, was marked down accordingly. Don't get me wrong, it's a discount outlet so there's a reason the furniture is there... damaged, retail returned or discontinued. So check out the pieces throughly to see if it meets your standards before purchasing as most items are final sale. And if you like an item, get a sales person attention and stay with the item. Remember since these are not stock pieces. Other folks are also eyeing the same items. This discount shopping ain't for wallflowers. I like to browse the housewares (service ware, glassware, all of that). These pieces aren't broken, but are likely discontinued.

There was no consistency in arrangements with many brands spread out over half the store. Many items matched what was currently in store, so my close guess would be that they carry seconds or minimally damaged/returned items. The few Le Creuset they did have were mainly in dirt brown and cerise, items that could be found online for the same price or lower. The service wasn't helpful or friendly and the store felt more like a Goodwill than the higher quality I was used to with Williams Sonoma. The final straw came when our items were rang up as the final sale price wasn't clear on the screen and didn't match the percentage listed on the shelf. Overall, there was nothing positive about this store so we never plan to return.

There have been occasions where here I passed on a purchase because I didn't feel confident enough. First force you to be very intentional and give the item a good once over. My beloved Solsta couch from Ikea was getting on in age and so I needed to replace it. The cushions were stained and the blue fabric faded. I don't know what Piggy and Paco did on there either. Nobody knows. So many puddles and spilled drinks on that thing. Mystery stains. One from this frozen blueberry I had on top of my oatmeal one morning. That thing must have rolled off somehow and then got stuck there for months. Later I would find that green fuzzy thing and stains that no carpet cleaner could get out. I tried even. Result was the surrounding fabric got lighter and lighter and more faded - and the dark blueberry stain got worse. Truth is you can get a couch here for $500 and on a good day its half off as the like to move inventory. You can scrub and clean your old stained couch but truth is its never coming out. And the history of those stains - there is nothing that can clean it from your memory - even if you successfully remove them.

So right off the bat I will say that I also have been bamboozled by false inventory online. But…read morethat seems to be common with any big box store... Otherwise my experiences with customer service and inventory at this location have been very good! In particular I like their gardening section. They have lots of healthy looking plants in the clearance section! They actually water their plants. Most of the time it just seems to be making room for new arrivals. The associate calls it "the happy shelf". The employees I've interacted with have been great too! The gardening section people are nice to talk to. They actually also garden and so can tell you tips or about their own experiences. The nice thing about their plants is they have a one year guarantee. So if they die you can get a replacement or refund. I think all of the plants I've bought from Lowe's have survived so far. I can't say the same for the big orange competitor. Tip: If you're buying mulch you can simply tell the gardening register person and pull your car up to the curb for assistance. No need to load and push around a heavy cart yourself! When I went into the main store two associates helped me find a tape measurer. That's without me flagging someone down for help. The prices also seem to be fair and they often have good sales. I bought major appliances here after comparing with a couple other stores. Delivery and install was good even though it's contracted out.
