Please do not use Donald Morgan for any appliance repairs! I looked online for an appliance repairman to repair my clothes dryer. I was initially told that there would be a trip charge of $159 to inspect my dryer, which would be applied toward any parts if I decided to proceed with the repair. After completing the inspection of the dryer, I was told that there is an additional fee of $159 for diagnosing the problem. This fee would be applied toward parts and service if I proceeded with him doing the work. After paying $318.00, he would not tell me what was wrong unless I paid an additional $159.00. I do not agree with paying for him to just tell me what was wrong with the dryer after already paying for the diagnostic fee. I will never call Daily Appliances or Donald Morgan for appliance repairs and highly recommend that whoever reads this do the same. read more

Quoted me 159 on the phone to come out and then hit me with a 159 diagnosis fee. When I argued the fee because I wasn't told that would be a part of the visit the owner threatened to sue me if I didn't pay, I agreed to pay the $318 but let him know I would Be documenting my experience with his company on yelp and other review sites he informed me that if I did that he would sue me. He was a knowledgeable technician, I just want not okay with the hidden fees that he sprung on me after he was finished with the service call. Charged my elderly parents $159 service fee which is understandable, however he left to collect his tools and came back to the house and after a couple of hours he discovered the fridge was fine it was an outlet. Charged them $700 for an extension cord basically. read more

This company is absolute trash. They sold me a used dryer without a supply cord. They took the supply cord from my old dryer that was fried and said that cords were only included while supplies last. DO NOT do business with this company. If you do your research (which I clearly didn't) you will see nothing but bad reviews across the board. read more

He refuses to provide customers with a quote before they buy and you're forced into a situation where you pay twice for NO services. He charged $159 to come out and tell me that my stopper in my sink was broke. Then after telling me he charged another $159 for a "diagnosis". Then attempted to charge me $959 to repair the stopper in the sink. Home Depot has the same sink for $54.00 so I guess the labor is $955 to install the sink? CRAZINESS!! I purchased a Samsung range from Facebook not realizing that the display didn't work. My husband replaced two control boards with no luck. I reached out to Donald from daily appliances. He said on the phone that his diagnostic fee was $99. He also said he could come right away. I explained EVERYTHING on the phone. When he arrived, he couldn't tell me what was wrong. He said it could be a relay... it could be a switch ... it could be a door switch and it could be the lcd panel. He named every part of the stove and said it could be. My 7 year old grandson sounds more intelligent. I asked Donald what he charged to come tell me "it could be". He said $99. I said that was the diagnosis cost and he couldn't diagnose the problem. He switched the story to... it was $99 to come, the diagnosis was free. I would never use his service! I paid him to tell me that it didn't work! read more

Not only they did not repair it, they stole my stove and did not return it to me. I paid Donald Morgan $300.00 for the repair and I ended up with losing both my stove and $300.00! Called them at 10:30am because our refrigerator wasn't working. They said a technician would be out later and would call to give an eta. Called back around noon because I hadn't heard from the technician. They told me they would call back with an arrival time. This time they did call me back to say it he would be there between 3 and 5. Call back at 5 because, you guessed it, no technician. Dude on the phone tells me he will call the tech and call me back, and if the tech couldn't make it, he would come out. Calls me back and says the tech will be there in a half hour. 6 rolls around, no tech. I call them for the umptienth time and...no answer. They close at 6. If you don't want my business, tell me so up front so I can go to someone who does. Maybe, if Daily Appliances was a professionally run business, I wouldn't be throwing away a refrigerator of food. read more

Donald and Daily Appliances has been there for me as a landlord more times than I can count. With reasonably priced used washer/dryers and repairs when needed and immediate. As a landlord I have many demands on me to provide a great space, a good washer/dryer is almost essential these days but can be a huge expense; Daily appliances has been a huge help over and over! Excellent service as always! I've been using Daily Appliances for years. I just called to have my garbage disposal replaced. I was able to get a new one installed for almost nothing. He even discovered another leak I had in my grout. Now I'm gonna get that fixed before more damage is done under my sink. The owner that comes out has always been honest and trustworthy, which is very important to me being a single woman home owner. I know that I'm not getting ripped off and that's really hard to find. They were great! I needed a hair dryer fixed and they happily took on this smaller job for me including seeking out a needed part which wasn't the easiest to find. Last July when my washer went out, my Husband located the part and we called a Service Repair that sub contracted out Daily Appliance Repair. When the 2 guys showed to repair the $300.00 part, they arrived with NO TOOLS. After replacing the part, we found pieces to machine, and my washer making noices badly. Thru numerous texts, they came out and claimed the part was bad. I had canceledbtheir payment, called the maker of the washer and had them come out. Upon inspwcyion not only did Daily Appliance destroy the $300 part I bought, they did another $150 in damage. I decided best to just buy a new one since it waould cost as much in repairs at this point. Daily Appliance Owner Donald Morgan JR denied ALL DAMAGES, and when I was finally able to get him on the phone proceeded to tell me to "F$!k off" and hang up. Ordered two gas stoves to be delivered on a Friday. They never showed up. Scrambled last minute to get a different stove from a different company for my tenant. Requested a refund and was told NO. Rescheduled delivery and again, never showed up! Placing a complaint with OH Attorney General, BBB, and having the CC company cancel this transaction as goods were never received! read more
