We had a beyond terrific experience here at the Torrance in person location. The sales rep was super patient with us considering we had a super whiny baby and gave us time to really look at everything and ask questions. We ended up finding an amazing vanity that included the sinks and countertop for $700! They ended up holding the vanity for us for a few days until we could get back with a proper vehicle to pick it up, then helped load it in. We will definitely be back when we have the budget for our other bathroom :) read more

This awful company also sells their products through Wayfair. They sell vanities and vanity tops that can not be used with water without becoming damaged. Their products are inferior. After only a few months of gentle use, the double vanity top is ruined and stained with water spots. They place the blame for their poor quality products on the consumer, saying that if water comes in contact with the engineered stone countertop, "simply wipe off immediately, rinse thoroughly with warm water, and wipe dry." But they say this AFTER you buy it and complain that the BATHROOM vanity top is terribly stained by water. There's no warning that says this before you buy it. Their products are a joke. Horrible company that won't honor it's warranty. I purchased a new vanity for $1600.. Within 3 months the paint started peeling off. When I complained to the manufacturer they sent me a jar of paint and told me to sand and paint it myself. I have spent hours sending them photos and e mails but they claim I didn't care for the vanity in the proper manner. Outrageous!!! I have filed a claim with the BBB and we are going round and round. I sent kitchen bath collection a demand letter and will be suing them through small claims court. My advice is do not buy anything from this company. We bought a vanity through Wayfair and this manufacturer. We received our vanity in good condition but the backsplash we got was the wrong one and shattered. Wayfair did not want to help us but had us contact the manufacturer. They were quick to respond and send a replacement. We then got the second one and it was the right color and in good condition but it was the wrong size! I've been in contact with a rep named Emily the whole time and not only has she been professional but so helpful. I feel like most customer service reps follow the same script that instantly gets you so frustrated. Emily has gone above and beyond to help make it right. I am so disappointed with rhe vanity I purchased. When our plumber came to prepare for installation of our vanity, we learned that our below-sink shelf and drawer would be completely unusable because it collided with California building code requirements for the height of sink drain p-traps. The necessary carve-out (removal) of both the back of the shelf and back of the drawer were unexpected and resulted in a significant loss is storage space. We purchased this vanity from a company that shipped its product from Southern California. it is inconceivable that the company was not familiar with California building codes and did not inform/warn consumers of this Installation problem Additionally, the hardware provided for drawer and door pulls was utterly below any reasonable consumer standard and added to our disappointment in this product as well as an additional cost to replace. When the vanity arrived the entire marble sink was cracked and had holes on the side of the cabinet. This obviously held up our contractor for installation. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BUYER BEWARE As so many other people on this site, I received a damaged product. Of course KBC claims it was the carrier and because of the time limit (received the item early December but project was delayed and contractor only opened the box this past Thursday) they can no longer file a claim with the carrier. Thought I had a reasonable expectation to receive a new undamaged item. Their attitude is, if you've had the item longer than 30 days YOU'VE done the damage. She offered no resolution whatsoever, but said I could order another sink for $150 and pay someone to reinstall it under this cabinet and then sell it on the internet. This was after spending $1,000 on this item. REALLY?? I went over the box and the packing material with a fine tooth comb and could find no indication of damage. If this happened in transit there was no sign. I strongly suspect the item left the warehouse that way. read more

My husband and I were referred to this place by a guy who did our flooring estimate. He heard we were looking for a new bathroom vanity and pointed us this direction. He told us about the online availability but the true deals were in the showroom. If you are a perfectionist and cannot have anything wrong with your vanity, the showroom is not for you. However, if you're like me and want to get a beautiful vanity for a fraction of the price, this place is it. We honestly came here without any high hopes due to the yelp reviews but found ourselves to be pleasantly surprised. Rachel was the gal that introduced herself and gave us the low down of what to expect with showroom products. They are all damaged and the concern spots are located on the sticky in the corner. It will include the retail price and the price they are now selling it for. All sales final. Items are all CASH PRICE PLUS TAX. They will help load it in your vehicle. No deliveries. We brought our two girls and roamed around the store. We found two vanities we liked but eventually decided on one. My husband measured the product and then our trunk. Rachel popped out to inform us they were 30mins till closing at 3pm on Saturday (she stressed they promptly close). We rushed down the street to a chase bank to get cash, came back, made the transaction and the guys were wrapping the vanity to go. It was a tight, tight squeeze but we made it. I greatly appreciate the guys who bubble/shrink wrapper put vanity and then hand carried it out to our trunk. This all happened within that 30min time frame. We got a very nice vanity for our bathroom for $150 bucks. Joint cracking and some chips on the vanity top but nothing that bothered us. It retailed for above $1000. What a steal! Couldn't believe it. As long as you know how the system goes, and inspect carefully. I would highly recommend this place for a great bargain. Thanks again KBC! PS. Purchased a 72" absolutely beautiful vanity from BB&B that is a Kitchen Bath Collection vanity. When it arrived, 3 of us, plus the delivery driver opened the top of the box and pulled the cardboard out on the sides shining our cell phone lights all around it. It looked perfect. We were not ready for the vanity install so had it placed on wheel carts where it would not have to be handled until install. I unpackaged it about 40 days later to see a crack UNDER the countertop where we could not see it. I have been working for 2 weeks now with Bed Bath and Beyond customer service and keep getting told that the oversized team will be in contact with me within 1-4 business days - it has been 14 with no response. Today, the customer chat agent at BB&B offered me a final offer of $100 to keep the item - a $2000.00 vanity with a very obvious crack just above the cabinet door - the crack goes all the way through. There is no "fixing it" as the wood protrudes. A craftsman we know said it would cost major $$ to fix it to look like a 'NEW' product - a piece would have to be designed to put over the crack - but 2 pieces would have to be made - one to go on each side of the cabinet. I have now been on hold with BB&B customer service for 15 mins. Seeing all of the other reviews, I have no doubt that my results will be the same...Kitchen Bath Collection DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT OR SERVICE/RETURNS!! They are truly a "piece of work"! This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. Absolutely horrendous customer service and quite frankly horrible value. Their website says quality products, but that is FAR from the truth. I purchased a vanity through a secondary site, for an addition to our home. The project has taken longer than expected so we left it in the box to prevent it from being damaged. When we opened it, the vanity frame is completely broken. Unusable, seriously! They had the audacity to offer me paint, PAINT y'all, that is not going to fix that the frame is completely broken. I understand that they have a reporting period (which I completely missed.) However, I provided them with photo proof that this product remained IN the box even outside of their reporting period. They pushed it back to the other company. In NO way shape or form should you purchase from this company. They don't care if you get a quality product or TRASH. Buyer Beware! First I have to say the vanity is beautiful and well made. The problem is it arrived damaged and the company is essentially saying it isn't their problem. So I am stuck with damaged merchandise. The damage is not major but it is very noticeable and front and center on the vanity. Doing a bathroom remodel is not cheap, and if you are like me you work hard and save your money in order to be able to do it. You can't help but want to at least to start out with a nice, new, perfect bathroom after investing so much. After I placed my order they sent me a detailed list of what to do when the package arrived. It was very thoughtful and organized and gave me a false sense of security that should it arrive damaged they were prepared to deal with it. I followed their instructions exactly (see photos attached). The company's response to the damage is we'll send you some wood putty and paint and either you can hire someone to fix it or do it yourself, but trust us, it will look like new; and we will give you $50 for your trouble. I literally thought the $50 was a typo. I wrote back and told them that $50 does not make up for the damage so they upped it to $100 and would go no further unless I get an estimate from someone. If the estimate is more than $100 then maybe they will refund it. They are very nice and tell you this like it is the most reasonable and fair thing in the world but here is what they are really telling you... The best we might do is reimburse you for having it fixed (although it will never look like new because seriously how can wood putty recreate the edges on a newly cut piece of wood?). But you need to spend your time to find someone to fix it (because obviously if you even want to get close to it looking as good as new you will need to find a very skilled craftsman), and you will need to take off work to meet with them to look at it to be able to give us an estimate. You then need to follow up and get that estimate from them and send it to us and we may or may not agree to the cost. If we do, you then need to take off work again to let them in to your house and unless they are someone you know and trust, you need to take off even more time and stay with them until they finish. So ultimately, sure you might get a repaired vanity close to looking new, but you will not even break even-- it's going to cost you more than the original price of the vanity and your vanity will never be brand new. I had high hopes for this company and besides their product looking so nice, they market themselves as a family owned business. I wanted to support the little guy instead of the big box store. I already had another vanity selected from them for the day when I save up enough to redo the second bath in my house. Also I work in the interior design profession and was hoping to have a wonderful new source to direct my clients to. Obviously I will never purchase from them again. All I can do is move on, and live and learn from the experience. If you are thinking of buying from this company, I'm hoping by sharing my experience you will have a more complete picture of what you are agreeing to (I could find nothing on their website about their policy should you receive damaged merchandise-- maybe it is there somewhere but you will need to really hunt for it). If you get an undamaged piece you will be very happy--like I said they are beautiful. But if, like me, you receive damaged goods-- you're on your own and stuck with it. Buyer beware! read more

Terrible customer service - do not use! I ordered a bathroom vanity in May and had it delivered. Upon arrival, I did as they instructed and opened the top of the box to ensure that the marble was not cracked or damaged before signing the delivery slip. However, the backsplash portion was wrapped separately within the box and easily not accessible at the time. The vanity was strapped to a pallet and weighed a couple hundred lbs. so i was unable to completely unpackage it right away. Due to construction delays, we were unable to install the vanity right away so it sat in it's box until this week when we went to install it and discovered the back splash was cracked down the middle. When I reached out to KBC, their response was that b/c it was outside of the 24 hours delivery window, they could not send a new one and suggested I go to a local marble dealer and purchase one of my own. I understand policies are policies, however when dealing with massive pieces of furniture like this it's not always doable for them to be completely unpacked w/in 24 hours. To not have any flexibility with this policy or work with customers who are investing a lot of money in these products is really frustrating. read more

After looking for a few months for a vanity that would not only hold up against children and constant use we were look for something with great attention to detail and we found it!! First off KBC was very responsive and even contacted us by phone to confirm they had the correct delivery address for our order. The shipping company was also very hands on and helpful. They called to confirm our original appointment date and even let us delay our shipping date by 3 days to accommodate when we will be back home from our trip. The delivery driver helped me open the package and inspect all parts of the vanity as well as bring the vanity into my garage so that we didn't have to carry it all that way ourselves The vanity was thoughtfully packaged and came on a sturdy crate. Each piece was well packaged. There was no damage to our marble tops or marble backing as those were wrapped up separate from each other with extra layers of protection in between. The quality of the vanity itself exceeded our expectations! We are in love with the subtle details. 10/10 would highly recommend using this company We will be shopping here again when we do our next bathroom build out! Ordered two bath vanities from their website. Ordering these types of things online is always a risk. Vanities showed up wrapped and packaged wonderfully on pallets. Marble top is awesome quality and wood finish is much better than expected. We paid 1500 each and we're getting quotes for that price for the marble alone. I ordered their CHARLESTON 33'' X 10" FIRECLAY FARMHOUSE KITCHEN SINK through way fair. Great looking minimalist sink as long as you don't plan on actually using it. It's described as being incredibly durable. After a year and a half it had nicks from regular use which was annoying but okay. However, one day, I tipped a mug over that was resting on the bottom of the sink and it broke a HOLE in the sink. The ceramic mug did not have a scratch on it let alone break. I contacted KBC thinking maybe I got a dud and they would stand by their product and its description of durability-as one might expect from a regularly used household item. They did not. I was avoided, offered no compensation, no discount on a future sink and given no options or support. They even denied having any record of the sink which was clearly theirs. We exchanged several emails in which they accepted no accountability. The whole experience was super disappointing and it will be expensive to replace an undermount kitchen sink. I've noticed you cannot leave reviews on their website, that's definitely for a reason. I definitely would avoid this company if you want any kind of customer service or durability in your products. read more
