It was a pleasure working with Andres Vega at Pacific Sales in Torrance. I explained to Andres that I needed to replace my high-end 48" side-by-side Thermador refrigerator that I had purchased new in 2004. Unfortunately, after spending thousands of dollars on repairs over the past five years, it continued to break down and was no longer reliable. Andres listened patiently to my concerns and then asked what type of refrigerator I was looking for. I told him I wanted something similar to the Thermador but with much greater longevity. He recommended Sub-Zero, explaining that while it cost a little more than Thermador, Sub-Zero refrigerators have a long-standing reputation for lasting over 20 years. I mentioned that I had read all Sub-Zero 48" models are 84" high, which is 1/2" taller than my existing Thermador, and I was concerned they would not fit in my cabinet space. Andres confidently told me they would fit, but to make absolutely certain, he offered to send Pacific Sales' certified Sub-Zero installers to my home to take measurements free of charge and with no obligation to purchase. The installers arrived the very next day, took measurements, and confirmed that all the Sub-Zero 48" models would fit perfectly. I then met Andres at the store, where he showed me the different 48" Sub-Zero models and honestly explained the pros and cons of each style based on customer feedback. I ultimately decided on the Classic French Door model. Since I had already been without a refrigerator for weeks, I told Andres I wanted it as soon as possible. He assured me it would not be a problem, and amazingly, he arranged delivery and installation just three days later. The installers arrived on time, completed the installation in less than an hour, and thoroughly tested everything before leaving. The entire process--from measurements to installation--took only three days and was completely painless and stress-free. I could not be happier with my new Sub-Zero refrigerator, and I truly appreciate all of Andres Vega's help. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, intelligent, and genuinely knows his stuff. 20 year old dishwasher decided to stop working, went in and talked to Milton and Michael, both were very helpful as the wife checked out each model and the pros and cons of each. She decided on the one she wanted, we got it written up, delivery and install was included with the Bosch 800 model we picked, delivery and install was done by ABC installation. I was in a world of hurt...my Jenn Air combo microwave wall oven's control panel stopped working. Jenn Air said the part was on factory backorder...months went by and no resolve. The oven was out of warranty and even if part was available- it was going to cost $2200!!! A new oven costs $7999. I originally bought the oven at PS and went back to see what my new options were going to be. I had resigned myself to buying a less expensive Kitchen Aid. Then Milton came to my rescue...he took me in the back room where the open box floor models were...to my surprise he showed me a newer model of my Jenn Air oven. For 2026 they came out with an updated model and this was last years floor sample - not used! Not only was is better than my original Jenn Air but Milton was able to set me up at a price that was less than to repair the old one! He helped us pick out a great Thermador appliance set for our remodel including a range, range hood, refrigerator and dishwasher. The contractor had us buy the appliances prior to the remodel with the understanding that he would build around the specs. Well, the contractor screwed up and did not realize that we bought an under the cabinet hood until after he built the kitchen 4 months later. Despite it being 100% the contractor's fault, Linwood went above and beyond and was able to swap out the under the cabinet hood for a wall hood even though the box had been opened by the contractor.
