After so many issues, I shared with them my concerns and they admitted fault and reduced the bill some. I have never written a review before for a product or company (good or bad), but I do not want anyone to suffer this type of customer service that I encountered at MC Granite.

I was directed and talked to Carlos at the Jasper facility who I was told was the shop manager. Carlos should not be interfacing with customers. He had no intention of resolving the problems and was inclined to perform a Rube Goldberg fix in the field. At one point Carlos told me that the customer is not always right. Our conversation ended shortly after that.

I really didn't want to deal with it and felt that the current hanging racks just would not work with organizing. I needed everything to be properly put away. Kimberly sold me on Artisan because she is meticulous, detail-oriented and very knowledgeable on the product. She was very clear on what customers did and did not like including her own experience which helped to confirm what I wanted. The install was very smooth and he walked me through how to use the accessories. I did get another option from The Container Store and it very obvious for me to move forward with Kimberly and the design. It was thought out for what I needed and thorough in the measuring to accommodate my space / tools which I was not getting from the competitor. There was no thought there or expansion on my initial ask. Back to the garage, I would have Artisan or my handyman paint the walls. I did have a handyman remove the racks and cover the holes beforehand as I wanted a smooth install, but I didn't have them paint the walls white again. It is not a big deal but a note to anyone else who is on the fence about it. I did have a small work station installed and I did ask about lights or tools to hang right in from of me. I don't think they offer that in their current catalog but I do think that should add in the future. The handy-wall is larger so I don't think it would fit in that space to hang smaller tools. If you are looking for something similar, you may want to design the space to leave that open and do it yourself. I have a garden rack next to it so I do use the lights and the wooden pole to hang a fan. Overall, I am very happy with the final product and the install. I have had a lot of experiences where the sales sold a great experience or tool only for the install to be a mess or disrespectful to your home. So I do dread installs and thankfully that was not an issue here. It was exactly what I wanted and Kimberly and the installer made the experience very easy and stress-fre.

My designer, Samantha, was so professional, helpful and thoughtful. She helped me design our his and hers closets and my laundry room. She thought of things that I didn't consider adding! Husband love his closet and I love, love, mine! It's beautiful and functional. I hated the racks. The design process was seamless and I loved that she provided 3D images the day after the consultation. Also, Samantha answered all my follow up questions before and even after signing the contract. They were reasonable in price and by Nicole and The install took a full day (3 spaces). My installers, Andrew and Sergio, were awesome, worked quietly and efficiently. They did an amazing job bringing the images to life and cleaning the spaces after the install. I needed to make one small adjustment after the install. Samantha submitted the ticket and they took care of it with no issues. I am very happy and I highly recommend the company and Samantha!

He was schedule to arrive at 3pm, at 3:30 I contacted Bennett and he told me Scott had a client emergency to tend to "broken pipe". YEAH RIGHT! Even if this were true, so far, the brief history of NO communication reigns supreme with this company. I understand things happen, but there is no excuse for NO communication. Maybe Affinity Stoneworks is accustomed to customers with unlimited time and money to waste. I am not that customer. I had to take off work to accommodate Scott's schedule just for him not to show up. How am I to trust Affinity Stoneworks will not take thousands of my dollars and disappear, not show up, and string me along. I cannot. I was really looking forward to collaborating with this company, their website photos are beautiful; I was hopping my house would be a gorgeous as the one's in their photo gallery. I came here for a small project with plans to purchase at least six slabs of quartzite over the next few months, plus several larger projects down the line. Albert assured me he'd send a photo and have my small piece cut the next day. Since then, I've called every day. On the second day, he didn't remember me. On the third, he didn't know what I needed, asked me to come back, and promised to call or text within 30 minutes -- but never did. I'm a loyal customer who likes to start small before committing to big projects. If a business treats the "small" jobs with respect, they earn the large ones. Unfortunately, this experience showed me the opposite. I won't be recommending this place, and I'll gladly wait to work with a company that values all customers, no matter the size of the project.

Being 65 and retired from over 30 years in contracting and home remodeling we decided to try "The…read more1-2 day bathroom remodel companies." I no longer wanted to spend hours on my knees re-doing our tub/shower into a shower only bathroom. I am retired and on a fixed income and this was a major expense that is now the worst home investment we have EVER MADE. 2 days after they completed our shower a leak occurred in our kitchen which is directly below our shower. So I went into the ceiling to find an active leak on the hot water side at the PEX to Copper connection. So we had to shut the water off to the house for 2-1/2 days before Brett could send his guy to repair the leak. We now had an approx. 4'x 10' section of Kitchen ceiling which was now ruined. His exact words were " We have a sheetrock guy who can hang new sheetrock and blend in the existing Stipple finish in your Kitchen." NOTHING was further from the truth. His crew has never Stippled in their entire lives. We now had a 4" x 10" section of my Kitchen ceiling which looked like crap. High blend spots and a 5' ridge line where the new sheetrock patched in the existing ceiling. I called Brett and sent several pictures and 2 videos of the ongoing leak and then pics of the "finished" crappy job his crew did. So I told him that I would sand the entire patch down and start from scratch and re-stipple the kitchen myself. It was obvious that Ridgeline is a hack company who doesn't give a crap about customers, doing a job worthy of the massive cost or maintaining a good reputation. So after buying joint compound, stipple brush, plastic, tape and 80 grit sand paper I began to repair this botched job. We are now at 3+ weeks of chaos, joint compound dust in 4 rooms and having a Kitchen in total disarray. Ridgeline HAS COMPENSATED US EXACTLY $0.0 FOR THIS MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE ! They should be ashamed as to how they take advantage of customers 65 yrs old and on a fixed budget just trying to complete some home updates.

During installation we discovered that a piece had been cut with the grain the wrong way (long story) which was different from how it had been planned. Immediately the saleswoman realized what had happened and everyone bent over backwards to make it right. We ended up with a higher quality quartz and it was installed in time for Christmas. We will send everyone we know to them because of our experience.
