Jesus C.

We had a great experience with Jesse. He provide kitchen cabinets and granite top at a price the match the quality and workmanship. I didn't mind paying a little extra to get what We wanted. Thank you Jesse for the help. We see you on the next project.

I did an entire lap of the store and had to stop by a desk and ask for someone to help me. Wendy came over and was knowledgable and friendly and e-mailed me a quote a few days later. Fast forward eight weeks later I e-mail her back on a Tuesday ready to order~ I include the specific SKU and let her know I'll be waiting on ordering a hood and to let me know how to proceed. She is out of office and it auto forwards my e-mail to Jordan. Wednesday comes and goes and I don't hear back so I call the shop on Thursday morning and let them know I'm ready to order and speak to Jordan who mentions that I'm probably right and there was a price increase since then and that he'll look it over and send me a quote again. I don't receive an e-mail until Friday afternoon from someone else, Marcie who resends me the exact same quote from before with two hoods and a range when I had said twice I was ready to order the range and let me know how to get that processed. I was asked for my phone number and address again and waited for a reply to get my order placed- but I guess they went home for the weekend. I sent that over and didn't hear back again until Monday. I went ahead and placed my order Sunday with another retailer which ended up being $500 cheaper than the quote they sent over anyway. I was disappointed to see that PBK included a $200 shipping charge when I live a handful of miles away and could have accommodated a pick up if that was an option.

Their service and knowledge are top notch. There are far too many choices and brands out there to easily navigate on my own and clients don't want to pay for me to do the research each time. Premier makes it easy from having a dedicated appliance person (Nick) to keeping up on all the newest products and knowing which are the best made/less prone to problems in the long term. And providing demonstrations as needed. For the first time in my career I am working on a starter home kitchen with pre made cabinets and clients who needed a high quality, beautifully designed but low end price point. Jordan gave me the same high level of service I have received when clients are spending 10 times what these clients could afford. They are the best in town and statewide. I have had two out of town projects and Jordan referred me to the local showrooms. Same great service and attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

My house was built in 1962 and most of my bathroom components were original. I wanted to have both…read morebathrooms remodeled because they were both very ugly and depressing. I had several contractors stop by to give me estimates - a lot of contractors were very sloppy in their estimates, telling me they would give me a bathroom in five days or asking me to buy all the supplies, etc (as if I would know what to get), or telling me they can do it for $5k without permits. Anywho, Ivan from Vitex stopped by and asked a lot of questions on what kind of vision I had, and when I did not know an answer, he made suggestions. For example, he suggested I add a shower light - that's something I did not think of at all - and also pointed out things that were required for code upgrades, etc. The entire process was very transparent. After I received the quote, I met Ivan at the warehouse in Rancho Cordova and he helped me pick out the tile for the wall and the floor. Again, I'm clueless and he made the right recommendations that made sense. The crew arrived on day one and these guys work hard and other than their lunch breaks, they don't stop until the end of the workday. The workers were very pleasant and diligent. Very friendly. I really enjoyed having them here and they did excellent work. Once they were done, I proceeded to hire Vitex for bathroom #2, which involved removing a jet tub to build a walk in shower. This time I worked with Arthur, who was also excellent and the same worker crew. They did an excellent job with that bathroom, as well. What also helped was being in touch with Victor, the owner, via group text to keep me up to date on the project, etc. Also, for anyone doing their due diligence, Vitex is fully licensed and the work they did passed the City of Sacramento's inspection, so these guys are legit. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for bathroom remodeling and will use them for future tile work. Thank you, Vitex! -Josh

However, after looking at a handful of other slab yards I still hadn't found *the one*. (I was shopping for a quartz countertop for my bathroom and kitchen) I went back to Pacific Shore Stones on a Saturday in early January and it was busy. Anthony was working that day and even though it was busy and he was helping multiple other people, I never felt invisible or smothered, I was checked on, and I was offered guidance on some of the slabs I'd liked in the warehouse, as well as the slab options in the showroom. Anthony gave me a lot of helpful advice that I would have not known to ask about or possibly overlooked because I wasn't aware to even consider it. I was able to find my slabs and will update the review once my project is complete. I'm really happy I went back into the store and worked with Anthony, he really made the experience a great one.

The choices were overwhelming--LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank), laminate, cork, and hardwood--and my understanding of them was minimal at best. I stumbled upon ProSource purely by chance, but finding Kristi Lewis there feels like more than just a lucky break--it was truly a stroke of divine intervention ()! Kristi faced the Herculean task of educating me on all the flooring options available. Thankfully, she brought an incredible amount of patience, extensive knowledge, and a willingness to "hold my hand" through every step of the process. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience manageable and even enjoyable. In the end, we remodeled the entire cabin, and Kristi was there for every decision--not just for flooring but for tiles, countertops, carpet, fixtures, and more. Her guidance and support were invaluable. If you're lucky enough to work with Kristi Lewis at ProSource, consider yourself in excellent hands!

He had great ideas for lowering costs and improving functionality. After comparing to several others Precision's cost was best for a product that looks to be higher than other custom alternatives. This review is based on more than a year of working with Precision Cabinetry & Design (now called…read morePCD Studios) and investing well into six figures on cabinetry for our home. I genuinely wanted this relationship to succeed, which is why it's so disappointing to write this review. If you're considering PCD Studios, get multiple bids before signing anything and i strongly suggest you go elsewhere. We ultimately hired another designer using the exact same Crystal Cabinets manufacturer. Their design was significantly better, their communication was outstanding, and the total cost was nearly half of what PCD proposed. For the premium they charge, I expected thoughtful, customized design. Instead, we received fairly basic 2D layouts that didn't justify the price. The service was even more disappointing. It often felt like every question or small change became another opportunity to increase costs. One example: our refrigerator manufacturer changed a cabinet panel dimension by just 1/16 of an inch. We were initially told we needed to buy a new panel. Only after we insisted they contact Crystal Cabinets did they learn the change was "no problem" and could be made without replacing the panel or charging more. Communication was another major issue. Michie Schmitz was generally pleasant to work with, but did little to rectify our issues. Our primary contact, Pippa Clarke, was repeatedly dismissive and difficult to work with. We requested multiple times that she no longer manage our project, but those requests were ignored. When issues were escalated to Renee Jordan, they rarely resulted in meaningful solutions. The end of the project was the most frustrating. After telling us we could apply our remaining deposit toward cabinet hardware, PCD had us spend time selecting and submitting our hardware. They then reversed course and said we would only receive the remaining credit if we signed a release agreement. The final accounting even included attorney fees for preparing the release they wanted us to sign. We declined because we were not willing to give up our rights simply to recover part of our own money. The storage issue was handled similarly. Our construction schedule changed, and instead of working with us, the discussions centered on storage fees and additional charges. The storage company itself contacted us asking why PCD was charging us so much, as the amount being passed through was substantially higher than what the storage company was charging. (PCD doubled the fee!). Ultimately, I walked away from thousands of dollars they held as ransom because it was more important to retain my ability to honestly share this experience than to sign a release agreement with this company. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this experience I feel future customers deserve to know there are other Crystal Cabinets dealers who provide significantly better design, far better customer service, and dramatically better value. We ultimately worked with Silicon Valley Dream Homes, received a much better design, and saved tens of thousands of dollars. I only wish we had found them first. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

One of the workers that was setting out the flowers at the front of the store showed me where they had the freshest flowers that just came in. She was enthusiastic and provided very good customer service. The garden area wasn't too busy. There was a large variety of plants to choose from - annuals, perennials, trees, etc. I bought a few colorful flowers that were annuals and a tomato plants. Many of the flowers were half off during the sale. Nicely priced. Lowe's had a good selection of plants and flowers compared to HD and Walmart, which I had checked out the prior day. I also bought a garbage disposal online for store pickup from this location, but later that day, they notified me that the garbage disposal was out of stock. I purchased a shower head filter online that was advertised as CHROME and received a PLASTIC item instead. It broke during installation of the filter cartridge. So I tried to "Schedule a Return" via FedEx. I printed the label and repackaged the item - then was told to return it to a Fed Ex DROP OFF location 16 miles away. In other words, I scheduled a refund, not a return pickup. I called Customer Care; no help. After waiting 35 minutes (on hold 3 different times during one call) for someone to answer my question, I found myself suddenly transferred to "Curb Side Pickup" - which is to PICK UP orders at Lowe's NOT schedule a curb side pick up from your home. At least with Walmart, when you schedule at FedEx pickup, they pick up the item from your porch. 1) False advertising of a Plastic shower head filter as Chrome. 2) Misrepresentation of scheduling a return via FedEx. You aren't scheduling a PickUp - you are scheduling your Refund amount. Fool me once: I will not be shopping at Lowe's again.
