I've never had an animal that I needed to have groomed so I was a little nervous the first time. And I have to tell you that I am so thrilled with the results that I've used them every couple of months to keep my little man looking his best. They go out of their way to make sure that they work within your schedule they give you a reminder to confirm your appointment they send you a text message before they arrive I've had several different groomers in each of them has taken such good care of my little one and he always comes out looking wonderful smells great and he is so happy. I find their prices to be really excellent the groomers are extremely respectful and the whole process from start to finish is top notch I highly recommend them to anybody. read more

I had 2 appointments scheduled over a month in advance and both were canceled at the last minute. One was for a co worker emergency and the other time the girl who was going to do my dogs hair cut quit, or went back to school or something. I was told they now cannot accept my mobile appointment after 3pm and they do not do mobile appointments on the weekends. I was told to take my pups to the silverdale shop....which I almost did...but my dogs need quiet spaces and less anxiety. That's why I booked this service the first few times, and I personally dont feel canceling twice in a row (2 solid months in a row) is acceptable. I can get out of work early, but the earliest I could have the dogs ready was by 3pm.... or ANYtime on Friday's, which is when my appointments were scheduled. Basically they have mobile grooming available until 3pm Monday - Friday. Plan on going to the salon, or have back up plans in case they cancel. Waste of time and waiting for something that never happened. Find another service or "get the in" somewhere else. I truely wish I had not waited and continued to attempt to use this service after the first cancelation. Unhelpful service that I would no longer call "mobile grooming". read more

Kitsap mobile grooming came to my home in Seabeck. They are outstanding! Karen and crew groomed my four dogs. Two are cocker spaniels, one lab, and a long hair German sheppard. My one cocker has some very deep seated fears and bites at anyone who touches her head. Not only were they able to groom her she looks great. Next is my blind and deaf cocker. They treated him like a king and he's stunning looking now. Then they did the big dogs one weighs 120 lbs. For a mobile groomer to have the facilitys to accominadate large and small dogs is fabulious. Many mobile grooms can do the little ones but big dogs are a challenge for them. The mobile van is a doggie paradise. Karen even has aramatgerpy for the dogs. Though I had to wonder after my crew if it wasn't for her. :-) I'll be calling them again fir my crew and do should you! read more

This grooming company is fantastic! I saw their grooming van in a neighbor's driveway (we live in Keyport), and we have been looking for a good groomer in the area for years and haven't found anyone good. I saw on the website that you can text them, and my daughter was napping so I sent her a text and got a response within 20 minutes. I believe I was texting the owner, she was SO sweet and nice over text, got us in right away and was very accommodating of our schedule. Asked about our dogs and any details, and we were ready to go. The day before I got a text from our groomer, Aubrey, to confirm our appointment, and she was right on time the next day, even let me know when she was 15 minutes out. She arrived, calling our dogs by name, knew who was who, asked us what we wanted and she went to work! We have a 10yr old golden retriever and a 9yr old black lab. We have only ever had 1 groomer that we love that does a great job with our golden, and she's in San Diego. However, Aubrey did an excellent job!! Both of our dogs look amazing and I even asked her to fix a few things with our golden's cut (just make it shorter in some places) and she fixed it, exactly as I wanted it. Both dogs were happy to go with her and happy as they came back! She was so so nice, didn't seem to mind going back to fix anything, and gave us an update of how the grooming went and how the dogs looked when she groomed them. She asked if we wanted to get on a regular schedule with her, they are very flexible about how often you want to groom (she definitely didn't push us into a schedule or any time length), and since she did such a wonderful job, I made sure to ask if she would be the one coming every time and she said yes, so I really love that we could get on a schedule with her and not have someone different every time. Their prices are extremely reasonable too, so honestly, this place gets all the stars from us! On a side note, when texting the owner I told her that she would be there during our daughter's nap time and I wasn't sure how loud her van would be. She said the only noise is the generator and that she would only run it to dry the pups. Aubrey was already informed about our daughter napping so she made sure to ask at the end if any noise was too loud and honestly, you couldn't even hear the van inside the house! Clearly this company is great at communicating, because Aubrey knew everything I told the owner. It's very rare to see that, so they are definitely a pleasure to work with!! I can't say enough good things about KMG and Aubrey, they are great, and I will definitely be recommending them to all of our friends! read more

I have had four Standard Poodles and so I have had lots of experience with groomers. I live in Port Townsend but could not get an appointment here because the only two groomers were booked for months. I met Tasha in the Poulsbo Walmart parking lot with my new 5 month old Standard Poodle puppy. The van was so clean and I took a few minutes to tell Tasha what I wanted. I also let her know it was his first time and I wanted it to be a good experience for him. He did really well and looked amazing when I picked him up. She had to take off a long puppy coat to find a poodle in there. The more I looked at him the more I realized what a great job Tasha did. Many friends have commented on the cut also. KMG's communication with me was clear and they cut my dog exactly as I asked. I could not have asked for more. This cut is among the best cuts ever done on one of my dogs. read more

First time our two year old schnauzer and three year old schnoodle were cut by pro's, and they needed cut in the worst way (lot of matted hair). Aubrey showed up on time and didn't flinch a second. Was extremely friendly and treated our shaggy mutts with love and care. Took her an extra hour to do the job, but charged the original quote. We HIGHLY recommend KMG. read more

Kitsap mobile grooming drove all the way up to Poulsbo to groom my dog. The woman parked out front, met with us and was very friendly. He was a bit nervous of the bus at first but we worked together to get him settled. Took about an hour and a half. He came out well groomed and smiling, much calmer than he ever was leaving Petsmart. There were no other dogs barking, no loud blowers and phones going off, nothing to stress my dog out, and I was calm knowing he was right outside.
