The care our cat received was completely inadequate, and grossly negligent, however. Provided directions were not followed. The pet sitter failed to give any of the fresh food that had been prepared specifically for our cat, and did not prepare other food according to the provided instructions. The pet sitter also failed to give our cat any water, at all, the entire time we were gone. What little water remained in the bowls when we returned home had turned a gross yellow/green color. How a professional cat sitter could fail to follow written instructions, and neglect to provide water to an animal for such a long time is beyond me. Our cat was extremely dehydrated and unwell when we returned home, due to the negligent care. As a parting gift, a mess of discarded cat food was also left around the trash bin. The trash bin was permanently stained from cat food that had been discarded without a trash bag. Our cat was dehydrated, unwell, and lucky to be alive after not receiving any water or adequate nutrition while we were away. This professional cat sitter could not follow the essential written or verbal instructions for taking care of our cat. I cannot recommend this business.

During this time, she has proven to be reliable, caring, able to follow instructions and I never worry for a second when I leave my animals in her care. She even went out of her way to buy dog socks for my senior dog who was having mobility issues. She has done over 40 pet sits for my company, and probably as many for me personally. She always goes above and beyond for her clients and my dogs. The negative review on this site must be meant for somebody else. None of these things are true about LLC Pet Sitting.

The pricing for a groom is never consistent unlike other places where you know exactly how much you're going to pay. On my dog's last groom here, I picked him up after around 3 hours and he wasn't even fully dry and thoroughly groomed. I had to go home and groom him more. It costed me around $130 and the lady told me that it could have costed $160 based on another Samoyed that she has groomed in the past. That's absurd pricing compared to other places, especially for the kind of groom I received that day. No thanks. Old review: We got Roman groomed for the first time ever at 1.5 years old. We normally groom him ourselves but thought we would treat ourselves and bring him to a groomer! I came here after a couple of people referred me and I am happy to say Roman and I will be back! I scheduled a "de-shedding" appointment which included a bath, good brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning and (possible) anal gland cleaning for $65 and the session was about 2.5 hours. Much cheaper than the quote I got from Petco. Yes, I said Petco. I would definitely come here again and refer others. There are only a few cons to this place: -They only accept CASH OR CHECK. I wish the person I spoke to over the phone had mentioned this, because it was our first visit. So I had to find a bank to get cash before picking Roman up. -They don't let you watch your pet being groomed, it is DROP-OFF ONLY. I wish I knew this as well. Being that it was Roman's first time at the groomers, I wanted to be the weirdo mom taking pictures. Okay, maybe a video too. -When they trimmed the claws, they didn't trim the fur surrounding the paw pads, which I always do when I trim Roman's claws at home. In the end, the cons were minor. The groomer was friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Roman was so soft afterwards and much of his undercoat was removed (he was shedding a lot because of the change in seasons). Similar to their business name, Roman looked like a show dog! Oh, and he didn't smell overly strong. I had this fear that he would come out smelling like potpourri. Glad to say he didn't, he just had a nice clean scent.

We have called a few times and had no return call for days. We tried one last time, and got I an appt. I was 15-20 minutes late, I apologized as traffic was tough. I was then reprimanded as I stood at the door, and I was informed that the groomer lives in Puyallup and I should have shown up on time. Whenever I tried to talked, I was talked over. Instead of saying that unfortunately I was too late and she just couldn't do it...she berated me to the point I just walked out. She followed me out and apologized saying that she should not have talked to me that way. She told me she has been working all day...etc... I work too and I start at 6a and will be going back to work to finish. Since I left work to make the appointment. I chose this groomer as it is a local business. Unfortunately, the staff/owner need to learn customer service. I don't want to hear about how bad your day was, I have my own issues. I'm the customer, and just want to pay for good service.
