do not buy anything from these assholes. bill more his son…read morebilly and son t.c. bought a 100k + sany excavator in 2022. billy lies to us when he sold us machine. said they were a forestry company and could facilitate all our business needs. and that they had a fleet of mobile mechanics that was the first lie. he sold us a machine. we spent another 14k or more setting up maxhine to operate a fecon mulching head. we ordered a forestry cage for machine and had them plumb it up to run machine. bill sent me down to his shop to have jim his mechanic at the time show me how they had set the machine up so i get there at 8:00 in the morning jim comes out of the shop i asked him if he has a minute he takes one look at me and tells me i don't have time for you today mother fucker??? i give bill a call and ask him what's going on why is guys talking to me like that all he tells me is he can't fire him because he can't find anybody to replace him no apology no nothing. so they continue to set up the machine which they've done wrong there's rubber hoses running down the side of the boom which they guaranteed me at the time they'd have hard lines for it you don't put rubber hoses on an excavator boom. they put the wrong forestry cage on it took him a year and a half to get the right one and then switch it out they didn't know how to install the lexan glass i had to actually design and show his guys how to install it. this is a company that says they're a leader in the forestry industry what a joke. so now i have issues with the machine the sprockets have terrible wear on the side of them (sany saying that it's from driving on side hills) the worst spots are continuous on the side of the sprocket and not something that is happening occasionally, the gas tank foller neck has rusted out. the hydraulics are super jumpy and the machine tracks severly off to the right after 3 years of arguing with these guys they're just telling me it's all normal that it's not manufacturers defect. so then i tell bill look i want to trade it in and get a new machine a bigger one just the other day and he tells me that he can't take my machine in on trade in because it has too many issues that sany refuses to fix and he can't sell it to somebody else. nut doesn't mind sticking me woth it. bill moore the owner and i have made videos inspecting other machines with him telling me that all the issues on my machine aren't normal where that he believes sany should fix them. nit refuses to fix them and deal with sany. so the guy that sold me the machine won't take it in on trade now and it still has a warranty on it only has 1900 hours on it because sany's refusing to fix any of the problems that he agrees are not normal where that they're manufactured defects so at this point we're fileing a lawsuit against kitsap tractor to for e them to di the right thing. again don't buy anything from this guy unless you want to get ripped off their mechanics aren't even certified diesel mechanics let alone certified sany mechanics mechanics. oh yeah they sent kut brand new machine woth a used ram dor the thumb and it bent the forwt day. teied to tell me it was new. my wofe actually noticed it had been painted over the serial number. then billy his son admitted that they put a used ram on it because the thimb i ordered wasnt in yet. it took 3 years ro het the right thumb??? so unless tou like getting screwed over and pissed off dont buy a sany. i wouldn't buy anything from these guys dont support a company that sqrews its customers over like that.

The new patio looks beautiful. Everything was accomplished on time and on budget. His folks are really great to work with and Richard has helped us with recommendations for plants and pruning and other landscape ideas. The grass didn't take and was impossible to maintain unless we were out there every day watering, weeding, treating moss, etc. We had ripped out the bad grass in the backyard and replaced it with gravel, but knew we wanted turf. Richard's team came in and gave us the beautiful yard we envisioned and even expanded on that vision with the pavers. We will definitely work with them again for any future projects.

I have rented equipment from Northern Rentals many times in 2025 and 2026. I have had so many…read moreproblems with their smaller gas powered machines. The heavy equipment has been great. But, literally every time I've rented the small gas powered equipment my employee had to return it. I have lost approximately $700 in wasted employee time over the last 2 years. The last straw was that the manager blew me off when they sent me a medium stump grinder and it didnt work, my employee had to drive back to Poulsbo and return it. I wasted $280 in labor on travel time, running the machine that puked until it would die every 5 minutes. The employee (who is also a good mechanic) figured out that it needed a new coil, we didnt have one hand, so he had to return it and proved to Northern's mechanic that it was dying all the time. I told the sales guys at Northern that this is one of many times we have had to pay our employee to go through this and they knew I was right. I asked them to comp me essentially half the cost of the next biggest machine, which would have cost them at the most $300 retail. They asked the manager, he said NO and offered no compensation whatsoever. This is not the American way, this isnt even normal, it is unethical and lowlife behavior.

I arrived not knowing the shop had closed due to a major accident on the main road closing it for hours. Luckily there were a couple of mechanics there when i arrived who told me why the shop was closed. Marc Plum told me they just took in a 2023 that had very little use so I purchased it. Thought they were very helpful but that's where it began. They information they provided was priceless. Devin Crawford spent between an hour and two hours explaining in detail every operation. We even took videos of the information. I learned how little I knew about the operation of a trailer and realized how horrifying it would be without learning all of the systems if I bought from a private seller and maybe other dealers. Went home to figure out my boat trailer lights and forward Liam photos (via email) of my lights as requested. He had me come down and bring my burnt out lights to verify the lights he had in stock would be suitable for my trailer. As they were suitable for what was needed, he blessed me with them for free and told to me to come back for anything else I may need. The world has shifted so much in such a short amount of time, and it's hard to find any type of positive costumer service. Seems like people have made it a habit of just moving cattle through. These guys are amazing and super helpful. I'll be recommending them any chance I get and when the time comes where I want to buy a camper or trailer...
