Coach Ed rents one of the basketball courts to a fitness class on Saturday mornings. If your little is shooting hoops and you need to get your Fitness on you can join in from 9 AM until 10 PM. On Wednesday afternoons you can find another dance class for Littles where they can learn to perform and dance hip-hop. Coach Ed is big in the homeschool community and runs a PE program for them. This isn't just your average a basketball training factory, this is a community center for those who want to stay active with a guy like Coach Ed.

This is a great park to get access to the canal trail which is what I use it for. No issues with people tampering with your vehicle due to the volume of people who frequent the park. You can fish, use the gym, bring your offspring to the play area or get on the canal trail and bike, walk or run.

Picnic structures each have 2 tables and a bbq. Structures are spread out. This is great for parties. Several parties may be going on at once, and they won't interfere with eachother. Volleyball court is on grass. Several basketball hoops. There is a handicap accessible ramp down to the basketball courts. Tennis courts are towards the back of the park. There are quite a few courts. Playground is newer. There are lots of places to climb, spin around, and even a percussion play area. Parts of the playground are shaded. Playground has many accessible areas. On top of all that, there is also a field. Field is large enough for a game of soccer. Parking is located in a lot or along the street on W. Sweetwater.

There are basketball courts, restrooms, benches to sit on and an area for a picnic. A great park for family gatherings, pinics, or just relaxing. I highly recommend a visit.

So to give some perspective to this location, it is in the arrowhead lakes community, so there's a lake near-by you can jog along. I've jogged here literally at every hour of the day and felt completely safe here. It's always clean too. Particularly for the park, there is a huge grassy area for soccer, football, frisbee, etc. To potentially describe the size, 4-5 soccer games could be going on at any one time. At the front near the parking lot is a large playground, bbq and seating areas for birthdays or get togethers, a volley ball court, a basket ball court, and a private lot for parking. All done. Got here and we had to wait an hour and a half for the Pickleball court, which at the end of the day, is understandable since we didn't have the reservation on a Sunday afternoon. so we waited about an hour and a half the gentleman asked me if I wanted 30 minutes or an hour I said an hour I got put down for 30 minutes, not knowing spent an hour and a half at the facility playing cornhole, and all the other games they had to offer our time was finally up after having a couple drinks and food. And if you're looking for a fast drinks from the bartenders, you might as well sit down for 15 to 20 minutes to wait for that drink as they don't really care or have a sense of emergency because it is a tip pool . What they don't understand is it's a team effort and because they don't care that affects everybody else that does care. We ended up playing Pickleball for 30 minutes and got kicked off the court after reserving it for an hour and there was a mistake. Clearly I was frustrated and the only reason that they are getting a five star is because John the general manager stepped in and clearly saw my frustration before I even had said anything he already offered to take care of the 30 minute game and some other items as I was not looking for this he still took care of it. It doesn't really make it better, but at the end of the day, he definitely made it better and we do appreciate it so we definitely recommend this place. We will be back to play some pickle ball and give the other staff a chance.

It's open, energetic, and gives everyone options--whether you want to jump into a game of pickleball, play cornhole, or just relax on the lawn and chat. It made networking feel natural instead of forced. The food and drinks were both great, but what impressed me most was the staff. It didn't matter who we asked for help--everyone was friendly, attentive, and happy to assist. That level of service really elevated the experience. If you're looking for a fun place to host a team-building event, networking mixer, or just hang out with friends, I highly recommend Chicken N Pickle.
