Near the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon, this restaurant serves quality food. We ordered the bufala pizza and tonnarelli and really enjoyed our entire meal. The staff were super accommodating and kind. The pizza was delicious, the crust was crunchy and bufala was super creamy. The pasta was great, one of my favorites we had. read more

Updated to 5 stars on another visit. The food is all fantastic-- every dish we ordered during our time here was well-prepared and delicious. The house wine is the cheapest in the area, and the host (I think his name is Otto?) is so friendly and helpful. He checked up on us during our meal even though that's not his job. In fact, ALL the staff was very responsive to our needs, and when we followed up on a drink that was taking a second, it came immediately and was generously poured. We went to many places (all touristy, but hey, we speak English) during our time in Rome, and this ended up being our favorite. We will be back on subsequent trips! read more

Klass was an amazing find near our stay in Rome. Our waitress--whose name I unfortunately forgot--was pregnant at the time, and since I'm also expecting, she went out of her way to help me choose dishes that were safe for me to eat. She was incredibly thoughtful and also helped with my 2-year-old, who has an egg allergy and needed a little distraction (a pen and paper can work miracles!). She was sweet, professional, patient, and very attentive to our group, yet still gave us the space to enjoy our meal and conversation as a family. The restaurant offers outdoor, indoor, and garden seating--all of which are lovely, depending on what kind of atmosphere you're in the mood for. The menu has something for everyone, with plenty of variety to suit different tastes and dietary needs. This place was so good the first time we had it that after we toured Tuscany and Florence for a week, we returned here for our final dinner before flying out of Rome. We had reservations both times and were seated promptly. The inside is chic but very small and poorly ventilated like most little street restaurants we visited in Rome. The outside seating on the back patio is nice, but you do get hassled by vendors. The servers were all excellent and spoke several languages well. The first visit, the husband of mine had a bruchetta with rocket, which he enjoyed, and the second time we shared a salad with feta, which was fresh. Both times, he loved a pasta on their specials menu, which was a type of dumpling pasta with truffle. The second time, he got the pork cutlet as well, which he said was delicious. I also got a special pasta my first time, which was a gluten-free spaghetti with a truffle sauce and clams. It was truly amazing. The second time, I had the penne with bolognese, which was underseasoned and needed significant salt and pepper. The second time, I also had the seabass, which I did not like. It was also underseasoned and had an uncrisped slimy skin. I give it 5 stars because my husband had a great experience both times, and my first meal was phenomenal. It's possible I just didn't order good menu items. Either way, if we were in Rome again, we'd make this our first stop, and I'd definitely get that seafood truffle pasta again. The people here were so nice and informative and polite. We were tired at the end of the day and were kind of stumped on where to eat. Saw this place, menu looked decent, prices and reviews also looked great. Went in and were greeted by air conditioning! Felt so nice!m when it was 90° out! I'm very pleased they offer water everywhere (for a small fee) but it's worth it when you don't get free refills on anything else! lol! Food was delish as usual in Rome. Flavors on point but do not expect an authentic Italian experience. Klass takes popular dishes and modernizes them into beautiful and delicious dishes. Bonus points: they have people who speak English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and French fluently. I felt so comfortable ordering and asking questions. It was right by our hotel. The service here was exceptional!! We made a reservation for a large group of 7 people at prime dinner time on a Friday night so I was a little worried we were still going to have to wait or be rushed during dinner. But none of that happened and all the staff here were seriously so sweet and made sure we were taken care of. I had one of their pizzas and it was great! Great ambiance with all the little lights and they had AC! Definitely worth stopping here if you're near the Trevi Fountain for lunch or dinner!! read more

My husband and I randomly discovered Klass on our first night in Rome. I'm so glad that we decided to walk in! We were immediately seated and ordered the house red wine carafe (which was very good, very "easy drinking" red wine). We also ordered the "ravioli speck- pesto di spinaci e pistacchio" & the "pizza roma" to share. Both were EXCELLENT! In fact, we enjoyed our meal so much that we ate here a second time during our 5 day stay in Rome. We ended our meal with two cappuccinos which were the perfect end to a perfect meal! read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible!! Stay away . We had a party of 4 and they forgot to order one of our friends dinner. They brought food for the 3 of us and our friend had to sit and watch us eat our dinner. We were all finished eating and we told them it was too late, we didn't want the last dinner as everyone else was finished. They brought it anyway and charged us for it!!! It was their mistake. They refused to take it off the bill. We argued and they absolutely refused! read more

Waiters here have no class. Targeted us Americans, by charging 3 Euro coperta per person without any free bread. Then at the end demanded a tip and tried to explain to us how 3 pastas, a salad, and a bottle of wine usually cost 90 Euros in other restaurants (it doesn't). All in all, decent food, but scummy waiters who want to trap tourists. No Klass at all, avoid. read more

We stopped in here on our last night in Rome. It was the worst meal we had in 7 days in Italy. No seasoning at all on the beef filet or potatoes- not even salt...or butter. Just bland!! Over cooked lamb chops were like charred leather. Cute place but sad food. read more

Just roaming Rome and we stumbled upon this place after getting a bottle of wine from the store near by. Everything is homemade and taste great! I have the lamb ravioli with a glass of red wine. The service was fast and the waiter was very helpful in explaining the menu since it was in Italian. Klass was a 1st Class Experience. read more

Amazing food and service!!! We were able to get a seat right away both times we went. First night we ate outside and the second we ate inside. Outside there is a nice heat lamp and a nice gentleman outside the restaurant who shoos swag street vendors. Inside we had nice comfy chairs and a comfortable temperature dinning room. I was pleasantly surprised with the restaurant. For being average priced, the ambiance is very classy and more upscale. It appears to be newly renovated. The food is great, and it's right in line with all the other restaurants near Trevi Fountain. Highly recommended you stop in for a delicious Italian lunch. read more

They charge you for the silverware (Coperto) and the bread (Focaccia) that they offer you once you sit down...the risotto with seafood is more of a rice with seafood nothing like what it should be. When we asked the waiter about these charges he said it's customary for the restaurants around there to do that .. once we left we asked the restaurant next to them and they said no .. honestly I don't recommend a place that just wants your money bc your a tourist. read more

I do wonder if the reviews here are mostly from British tourists or meat and potato people who don't know there are much better restaurants in Rome. All the food here was bland--the pumpkin risotto, the potato crusted sea bass, the pizza, the samtumbucca--all bland. The burrata tasted slightly off as well. For this price one expects much better food. Also the garden in back looks like tables in an alley and is not a garden. This is worth skipping. We won't come back. Get a little further from the touristy area and you probably will find better food. read more

We walked past this restaurant while in Rome and it was the only one with a line. We came back the…read morenext day with my family. We waited for 30 min in line. The doorman was incredibly courteous and nice. It is a small place so it was a bit tight. My family of 7 ordered a number of pizzas so I got to try a lot. My favorite was the Yellow Spicy Salami. The taste was amazing. Just enough kick to it. And the crust was crispy and soft on the inside. Would recommend. We tried multiple pizzerias in Rome and this was by far the best.
