Both experiences were very good. The exhaust system was for a Toyota Camry. The service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff at all levels. Very reasonable hourly rate, lower than most dealerships by far. The staff even dropped me off at home after I left the car with them and offered to pick me up when the work was completed, or even bring the car to me at home. Almost unheard of these days. The work was completed on time, and the cost was right in line with the estimate. I cannot think of a single negative aspect of this experience. The previous car with the wheel bearing replacement was a Mercedes CLK320 convertible. Despite the car being a little less familiar, the technicians had no problem finding the correct parts and materials to complete the work in a timely manner and correctly. I am having another vehicle looked at by them next week and I have great confidence they will be thorough, the work will be done correctly the first time and the cost will be reasonable. It's very nice to be able to build a relationship with a trusted locally owned repair and maintenance facility. I recommend this business with complete confidence.

They got some bad news from the code enforcement officer that they actually had to put some money into the building, and instead of fixing the building and saving the jobs of all the employees, they decided to fire them and not even give them a full weeks notice or a severance package, Mccarthy prize itself I'll be family, owned and caring about their employees , but actions speak louder than words. as a small business owner myself, I could not imagine doing that to any of our employees. They should be ashamed of themselves.

As someone who isn't a car expert, I assumed an alignment would be included--or at the very least, that someone would mention it when I was making such a big purchase. But I wasn't even asked. When I went back and explained what happened, hoping they'd help or offer some kind of discount on replacement tires, they basically shrugged and told me it was my fault for not getting an alignment. No help. No ownership. No offer to make it right. Just, "you should've gotten an alignment."
