In 2023 had my 2022 Corvette in for inspection and oil change. When I got it home I noticed they did not put the oil cap back on, called them back and they said they would check with the tech, could not find it. A few weeks later I was cleaning the car and noticed that they also scratched the inside of my windshield when they removed the old inspection sticker. Talked to my sales person about it and he recommended that I live with it as there could be more issues if the windshield was replaced. I have taken my business elsewhere, they should have informed me of the damage to windshield when I picked the vehicle up and offered to repair it. read more

They were having a really cool Camero, Corvette show. Old school to new cars. It was nice walking through and speaking to owners and the enjoyment they get from driving their cars around a corner once a yr. Not sure I am a classic car type owner. Of I get a 2026 Corvette. You can best believe she will be burning up the road. Not sitting in my garage looking pretty. That's Just not me this was a great show with awesome people. read more

I recently had an outstanding experience at Klick Lewis dealership service department . I had a problem and with no hesitation they helped me for free! I will be going back Overall, I highly recommend Klick Lewis dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Their commitment to excellent service and customer care truly sets them apart. I will definitely return for my future automotive needs! read more

I purchased a foreign vehicle from Klick Lewis under six months ago. I have had nothing but mechanical and electrical issues since day one. I took it back within the first week. They did one of the repairs and refused to any other repairs since they weren't capable to do them. They offered no help from there. I have since taken my vehicle multiple times to a local shop to work on my vehicle. I've had the vehicle several months and only driven it 1500 miles. I called a few months ago to talk to management about it but NO ONE cared to return my call. I know buying a used vehicle comes with a lot of unknowns and they offer an expensive extended warranty that might cover some repairs. It is the amount of issues I've had since day 1 and the poor attitude from the dealer that has been extremely disappointing the most. read more

I bought a 2022 Silverado brand new from Klick Lewis I had it for 3 years and the last 2 years the transmission has had issues. when I had it in for service i would ask them to look at it, I always got the same response its normal no issues found. the issues were getting worse and the last time I had it in right before the warranty ran out i was told they would change the transmission fluid and that should take care the issues. it didn't I got so feed with there "it's normal all the trucks do it ". I traded the truck in. Klick Lewis lost a long time customer because of there service department. They have no problem telling you every time you have it in for service you need a new engine air filter, cabin air filter and new wiper blades but won't fix any real issues. read more

Don't know why such a low rating, however, my experience was nothing but fantastic. Traveling from Waco, TX, we had a tire get shredded when an 18 wheeler through part of his tire at us. I purchased tires at a different tire shop, however they did not get my sensors in the correct location. Theresa and a tech performed a relearning procedure and fixed me right up. Great attitude and fast service, thank you very much. read more

I bought a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado High Country from Koons Whitemarsh Chevrolet in Maryland on July 5th, 2025, with approximately 95,000 miles on it. I drove from Pennsylvania to Maryland to buy the truck. On approximately September 15th, with approximately 99,720 miles, I got a notification on my dash requiring coolant to be added to the tank. I went to the nearest Advanced Auto to get coolant. I drove the truck home, waited for it to cool down and added a whole gallon of coolant to the tank. At this point of time the truck was still under warranty. The warranty will go out at 100,008 miles on the truck. Klick Lewis Chevrolet was the nearest GMC dealer to me. I made an appointment online, took it in on September 17th and spoke with the service manager. I had accidentally made the appointment for the wrong day, I let him know what was going on, the lights on the dash going off and about filling the tank up with a whole gallon of coolant. I had also let him know that we would be leaving for vacation on September 20th. The service manager said it shouldn't be an issue, and they could fit me in and get it looked at. He did say that he could not promise me if there was something wrong with the truck that it could be fixed before we went on vacation. I left the truck there that day and received a text that Jason would be my point of contact for the entirety of the service. I called him later in the day and gave him my fiancé's phone number since I work nights to give her an update on the truck.  On the morning of September 18th, the Chevrolet app told me that the vehicle service was done and was waiting on the advisor. I called around 0800 hours to speak with my service advisor to see what the status of my vehicle was. I was then told that he wasn't there yet, and he got there shortly and that he would call me for an update. I called back 30 minutes later, and the lady told me he was helping a customer. I then sent him a text at 0900 hours for the update of the truck. About a half an hour later, I got a message that stated, "Vehicle is done no problems found at this time. if problems persist will need to make another appointment for further diagnosis. checked complete system followed DOC#5300390 could not find any leaks or issues at this time all hoses lines connectors radiator and coolers are all good at this time checked to make sure coolant is not leaking into transmission or oil and it is not no codes or lights on at this time all is good keep an eye on the coolant level and make sure no white smoke is coming out of the exhaust after truck is at normal temp". My fiancé and I go to pick up the truck, and they do not charge me for the visit. Paperwork is attached. On approximately October 5th, 2025, I notice a puddle underneath my truck when it sat for 2 days straight. I immediately called GM Warranty Department. I spoke with a rep in which she suggested to reach out to Klick Lewis Chevrolet to let them know what is going on. I politely declined and stated that I had zero interest in working with them if what they told me was that the truck had no issues. I had an outside service look at the truck in which they confirmed that the reservoir was leaking. The outside service confirmed that there was a clamp installed, likely because the vehicle was so close to being out of warranty. Photos are attached. I am appalled that Klick Lewis Chevrolet would conduct their business this way. I plan on taking the truck to Turner Chevrolet in Harrisburg to have the issue resolved properly. I have been a previous customer to Klick Lewis Chevrolet and also had a very displeasing experience. I was giving them a second chance in which they would not get back. read more

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, do not waste your time buying here, between feeling like they were trying to push us out the door the second we walked in to being lied to about a coverage option. We were offered what Adre the salesman called roadside coverage, having AAA we thought no we dont need that, what Andre failed to mention is that the roadside is not the actual name of the coverage it is Complete Care coverage that has roadside bundled in, do not know why he would do that but he did. So we no have 30 days in and a tire that unsafely popped on I81 on my way to work, (thankfully not when my toddler and spouse were onboard) I get home I call them to see what they can do to remedy this and they tell me 30 days is too long and they can not be expected to do anything, and that i waived the Complete care coverage, I said oh whats that and Tony the sales manager told me it completely covers the Tires, Windows and the Body from dings and dents, THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW AT TIME OF PURCHASE. It is a package that I would have bought. Their remedy is for me to purchase the package now on the backend for $1,500 what a joke. You lie, treat me like a fool, and deceitfully had me sign a waiver declining a coverage under the name of something completely different, something that just does not touch the full base of what the actual coverage protects. You will not get any more money from me than what is owed and I sure hope that enough people see this that it affects sales. Crooks that is what you are. read more

Since I purchased my Chevy Astro van from Klick-Lewis, I figured let them do the inspection. Big mistake. Took it there first thing in the morning. Well past noon, it was finished. Paid my bill and left. Got as far as Palmyra Cinema when my van broke down. Called from the theatre, and Klick-Lewis sent a tow truck. After several more hours, they tell me it finished again. Paid another bill, got in the van, started it up, and it was shaking and rattling like crazy. Two mechanics were there, and told me they'd have to dismantle the engine to get to the trouble, adding it would take all weekend and be expensive. Bear in mind, I already paid nearly a $1000. When I pointed out that my Astro Van wasn't doing any of this before they got their hands on it, one of the mechanics smugly replied, "Sir, you can't prove we did anything to your van." To which I responded, "That's why I'm getting the Hell out of here before you do something else to my van that I can't prove!" From there, I drove to another garage on Cherry Street, about a mile away. The staff there told me that the bearings were shot, and the van couldn't be fixed. To think Klick-Lewis wanted to dismantle the engine and get more money out of me. This other garage charged me all of $40 for their examination. I have no complaints about the sales department of Klick-Lewis, but their service department? Steer clear of them, or they will bleed you dry. read more

the car that was sold to me was not mechanically sound. and it still is not. I bought it from a dealer I thought I could trust. this was a mistake. I do not have time to check out every detail of a car I buy, this is why I go to a place I thought I could trust. the car that was sold to me was not in good order and little effort was made to correct that. I realize I bought it "as is" but if this is what I get for trusting the dealer, I might as well go shopping at a second hand dealer for a cheaper price. very disappointed in this dealer. read more

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXPN-IOL8Ik Klick Lewis Chevrolet has lied to me on multiple visits (July & October) in order to avoid doing warranty work. I caught them on dashcam confirming that there were major transmission issues, and on their report they wrote that they test drove it multiple times and found "no anomalies". The tech, Nathan Brandt, told me it's safe to drive. This was a blatant lie. As soon as I started driving the transmission rumbling began again which led me to check the dashcam. This is when I found the video of the tech going through the whole drive about how bad the transmission is. I will post the video and add a link to this review soon. In addition to the rumbling transmission issue, there were issues with a DEF fluid sensor and tires that were never resolved. They also kept my vehicle for two days without my consent. I told the tech I needed the vehicle back the day I dropped it off. I asked if I can pick up my vehicle and he ignored me until the next day. I tried to call and speak with a manager after discovering the video, and they ignored me. It was only after I contacted Chevrolet's social media team that the dealership was willing to call me back. When I spoke with Jon Grove, he told me the technician Nathan Brandt had a long history of bad mistakes and they were going to fire him as soon as they can find a replacement. This did not happen. Jon finally agreed to meet in person to discuss a resolution a month after they lied. In this meeting he tells me that it's actually not Nathan who messed up, but the technician who test drove the vehicle. I did not accept that excuse as I also have Nathan on dashcam driving the vehicle. We agreed to speak with the general manager, he called us a week later. There were red flags immediately. He told me he couldn't hear anything on the video, and I guess didn't bother to turn up his volume. How do you dismiss a video showing your technicians endangering customers, and you don't care to actually listen to it? He also told me that we can't expect them to check the transmission if I don't tell them specifically to do so. First of all, I did tell them to check the transmissions! My truck rumbles like the famous Jeep death wobble and he's telling me I have to tell them to check the transmission specifically. None of that matters though because they were literally on camera identifying the transmission issue. If you're willing to take your vehicle here at least get a dashcam first. If you're willing to buy a vehicle here, DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY! read more

Crooks from top to bottom. Sales I caught them stealing a Chevy factory rebate (Veteran / LEO) for $1000.00. After all my paperwork was finalized. I noticed that they altered my agreed upon trade in value by $350 less and charged me $650 for a dealership service I didn't select in order to steal the $1000.00 rebate. After I caught it they tried to blame it on a new sales rep which was plainly BS. The math and financial paperwork isn't done by the sales reps and this was clearly done intentionally to defraud me from Chevy's rebate for veterans. I had to threaten to notify Chevy and even go to the district justice to file theft by deception charges to fix it. Having caught them in the above scam I thought that they wouldn't dare try and rip me off on routine service. Oh how I was wrong. Service. was never price gouged so bad before in my life. We dropped off my wife's Equinox for a $100 wheel sensor replacement, inspection, and oil change. I received a call that it needed brake pads too which I approved. I was called the next day when it was done and my bill was $1032. I about flipped. I asked the secretary why my bill was over $1000 when it should've cost more than a few hundred. They changed my rotors without notifying me and charged $375. I spoke with the service manager who immediately took the $375 off which was pretty telling to me that he knew they were ripping me off. I told him I wanted my old rotors back to prove that they needed to be replaced and that I wanted to meet with him to go over my bill which was ridiculous. He agreed to meet in 30 minutes. When I arrived the service manager was nowhere to be found and my rotors weren't produced. A female secretary was obviously picked to run interference. She immediately showed me that $375 was taken off of my bill however the math didn't add up. $1032 - $375 = $657 but my bill was now $802.25. They redid my bill and charged me $711.95 + $44.95 for labor to put about 1/2 of the $375 back into my bill. They charged me $420 just for a pull and plug steering wheel sensor that should have taken 15 minutes max to diagnose with a code reader and replace. Both their sales and service utilize deceptive tactics and deliberate price fixing to rip off customers. I would avoid them at all costs. Even if my car broke down in front of their dealership I would pay to have it towed to another mechanic just to avoid them. Additionally: Warren Lewis's reply is a FLAT OUT LIE. I received NO text or any price quote. As I said above, I did receive a phone call that I needed brake pads for the inspection because they were close to needing them. That was it. Warrens reply still doesn't come close to explaining why the numbers were changed, why a secretary ran interference, or why my old rotors weren't produced. So apparently not only are their sales and service crooked, apparently The family owned business is run dishonestly even by the family name. read more

Inquired about a vehicle that had no price online (because we all want to start off with the dealer not being forthcoming). I sent in an inquiry regarding the price and dealer fees, less tax, titling, etc. Of course, I'm a female.... And the first email does not answer my questions. Does not even answer my question for the price of the car. Next email. I was given and "ballpark" price for the car. Really? And the ballpark is WAY overpriced for market. Then he couldn't tell me what the fees would be until I "filled out a credit application" and that "fees depend on the state I'm buying from." Yes, I'm aware the taxes and registering the vehicle depend on the state, But your dealer fees, which I asked for multiple times, "should" not change depending on which state I'm from. This guy thinks I'm an idiot. Literally the 10th car I've purchased.... Ive seen every "fee," legitimate or not. I will easily hand my money over to a used car dealer that is 1) straightforward, 2) pricing the car reasonably, 3) believes they are selling a good car, 4) works with the customer..... it's called business ethics. It separates you from the stereotypical trashy used car salesman. Stop playing games and trying to sell snake oil. This type of fraud is learned from the top. Do better. read more

Where is the option for negative stars? DO NOT take your vehicle there for potential repairs! They overinflate all costs. I agreed to repairs that were already priced way above the market but I forgot to get a copy of the repair quote. When they finished the work, my total was $1500 more than the quote with no additional services & no real explanation for the difference. Also, the mechanic quoted 2-3 days to complete the repairs. I cancelled my extended warranty on my truck when I knew I was going to be trading it in at a different dealership. Because it was rolled into the loan, the refund needed to be sent to the bank. The guy at the dealership told me it typically takes between 30-45 days for the check to be issued. Two weeks later after selling my truck, I took the bill of sale into the dealership thinking they could now just issue me the check. I assumed that the check wouldn't have even been sent out yet based off what I was previously told. Turns out that the check was in fact sent out but three weeks later the check still hasn't reached the bank. I called and was told the check had just been sent out a few days ago and perhaps it was lost in the mail or the bank is sitting on it. I was also told by the original salesperson the same story about it potentially being lost in the mail. Today I went into the dealership and was told by a salesperson that everyone was "in a meeting" and he became irritated at me when I suggested that I was being given the run around. Eventually a young woman came out and told me the check was sent out 2 weeks ago and the person who handles the check was out today. I asked to speak with someone in management, but no one was available. In the past 4 years, I've purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership for myself, my children and had all of my service done there. I'd think that amount of loyalty would warrant a straight forward explanation. Instead I was met with excuses and for a place whose motto is "Trust is Earned" I think they need to work on that a bit. read more

Recently purchased a used car here. I liked the salesman, Kris, as well as the gentleman who assisted us with the closing. Both good representatives of the business. Didn't like the way I was quoted a price, which was the same as it was listed on their website, only to find out the actual price was $1,300 higher. Ended up getting the car at the originally quoted price, but it's just not good business. List the price accurately and quote it as such. Also, the car was dirty. Never cleaned since they obtained it. Took it back as I was advised I would get a free detailing with my purchase. Car was washed, waxed and tires cleaned but that's it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding of 'detailing' a car is wash/wax, cleaning the inside thoroughly and maybe even under the hood. Have at least two more cars to buy over the next two years. Might go back. Might not. read more

This dealership takes advantage of the elderly. Please don't let your older parents or grandparents go there. My elderly cousin (78 years old) asked them to pick out a used car for her to drive. They picked out a 2018 Chevy Cruze. She didn't like it and brought it back 2 weeks later. They gave her $5,000 less than what she bought it for, and she has been a customer of the dealership for 20 years. She thinks they treated her fairly, but I know a fleecing when I see it. I'm not suggesting she should have been refunded the entire amount....but $5,000 for 2 weeks? I think their behaviour is dispicable.....and probably consistent. Came in to claim my prize from the promotional contest they were having and not expecting to buy a vehicle, but from what I saw while I was there I will not even consider going back when I do want to buy a car. Half the employees weren't wearing masks, or weren't wearing them properly (it goes over the nose too!). Half the customers weren't wearing them either, despite the clearly posted signage at the entrances, and the employees weren't enforcing their own policy. I also heard they were expecting 400 appointments that day because of the contest, but the tables and chairs they had set up on the showroom floor were nowhere near properly social distanced for a crowd. After everything we've dealt with over the past 14 months? Super poor judgement, no common sense, just greedy salespersons trying to pack in as many customers as they could. read more

Over the past two weeks I have examined dozens of websites and visited 8 dealerships in evaluating potential used vehicles for my niece and wife. I am an admitted 'car guy'. In the past I have serviced cars, bought and sold cars. So I research, analyze and read extensively. It also gave me a chance to see how dealerships approach customers. Without hesitation I give Klick Lewis my highest recommendation. The dealership was clean, attractive and extremely well lit with plenty of glass. One reason for this rating, Scott Rhine. As a manager he was extremely rude and condescending. We had car trouble while visiting from out of State. 900 miles out of State. We have a Ford warranty, which we gave to Klick. We were told our repairs were covered by the warranty but we needed to pay Klick and get reimbursement ourselves. Scott told us that he is not a Ford dealership and has no way of getting reimbursed. He would not release the car untill it is paid by us or we would have to wait for reimbursement that could take up to 7 days. I told him I would be happy to pay him as long as we have it in writing that I would get reimbursed. He assured us that he would document everything and contact the warranty. We even gave them the name and number of our dealership back home. At this point I did not trust what he was saying so I called our dealership. Our dealership then called Klick to get it straightened out. Which they did. Scott's excuse? There was a miscommunication as to what kind of warranty we have. The papers we have clearly say Ford Protect Premium care, he knew our warranty covered the repairs, and he told us he was not a Ford dealership. That is not a good excuse. He also clearly ignored us when we were there. He should have at LEAST apologized for the "misunderstanding" and clearly should have apologized for his behavior to us. On the other hand, I give Michael Hayes a 5. He was very kind and treated us with respect. We are happy with the repair work, it was done quickly to get us back on the road once the parts were available. Thank you Dominic and the parts manager for your insite with that! read more

Absolutely the worst Chevy dealer in the area would have given 0 stars if possible. Awful experience with sales a couple years ago and then recently terrible experience with service. Checked my truck on a Wednesday said I'd be notified of warranty coverage Thursday... after calling 5 times I was told a week later. Was very upset was told owner (pat Lewis) would contact me and then still did not contact me. Then I accidentally left my work headset in the rental truck upon service and was told they hold all items found in vehicles in case someone left an item but my headset magically disappeared. Absolutely awful communication service adviser said the rental was being used and couldn't be checked manager told me the rental wasn't used since I dropped it off makes me feel like an employee stole them. Had appointment today after emailing Michael Matarazzo for several days about a car. We sent him info on our vehicle and wanted to know approximately what the total payout would be to purchase this newer model, as we didn't want to take out a loan (wanted to pay cash and only have so much). He indicated probably about 18-19K. So made appt and went to see car. They looked at our pristine condition car and said they would give us the absolute most for it according to Kelly blue book. Said the difference would now be 29,000. I said how did this happen as yesterday it was 18-19k. He said well we didn't see your car. I say our car is perfect and he said yes it is and we are giving you the most we can for your car. We argued as I wanted to know how we went from 18 to 19k and now it is 29k. Obviously he did his math wrong or he just wanted us in to see the car. Now we are talking corvette. Not a car I need. We are trading a corvette - just wanted to upgrade. Bottom line is that he either lied or did his math wrong but did NOT ever admit he made a mistake. I would never go to him again! Also, hot as can be out and never offered us a drink or anything. We travelled almost an hour to get to this dealership and he knew it. Wasted my day! read more

After being a customer here for a few years I was appalled by how I was treated by the service repair manager. I had called in ahead to see if my brakes and rotors were still covered under warranty. I was put on hold for several mins and then when the employee came back I was told yes and would like to make appointment, I said yes. I came in the following day and waited over an hour to be told that my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and it was going to cost me $800. When I told the manager who gave me cost I told him I had ahead and asked if they were still covered I was told yes. He then preceded to get angry with me that I questioned him. I then said ok, I'm gonna wait then and not get them done right now. When I went out front to get my car the mechanic had just pulled in, never said one word that I could take my car. I didn't assume that the keys were left inside, anyways I waited to be given the go ahead. I couldn't go anywhere anyways cause there was another car in front of me. The manager then yelled at me across the garage, YOU CAN LEAVE! Not in a nice way either. In fact everyone looked at him. Then I politely asked for keys and he snapped, they're in the car! I said ok. Then he realized there was a car in front anyways and then asked another associate to take my car out backwards. WOW what an experience. I will never go back. Being from the Philadelphia area, I have MANY dealerships locally to choose from. Instead we chose to make the hour and a half trip to Klick Lewis in Palmyra purely based on my previous experience there. This isn't your typical dealership where you feel like shark bait the moment you pull onto their lot. They will go to the ends of the earth to put your needs and wants above all else. If they don't have what you're looking for, they will get it for you. Everyone is super friendly there, and they all act like you're old friends. No pressure, no gimmicks, none of the usual tactics that give dealerships a bad name. These guys are the real deal. They love what they do and it shows. Their floor area is spotless and they have the best lounge area I've ever seen. I have zero hesitation recommending them to anyone. When my lease is up on my truck, I know I'll make the drive back to Klick Lewis once again for my next one. Thank you! read more

We took a long drive from NYC to purchase a Ram pickup this week. Prior to arriving there were several days of phone interactions with Jim Alison, who was very honest and willing to answer any questions, and not in a snake oil salesman kind of way. We never felt that there was a pitch being made or unnecessary pressure or fake over excitement being displayed. The entire staff seemed very genuine and it made a potentially daunting process super easy and smooth. The owner Patrick came in and further answered questions and was even able to facilitate a better deal on a warranty. He got on the phone with my cousin who was guiding me( who works In a dealership in another state) and answered all his questions happily. I would recommend Asking for Jim if you are interested in doing business here. He was training a new employee, Isaiah, who was also super friendly and willing to help in any way. Worth the 3 hour drive each way for a great deal and great customer service. read more

I took my vehicle in for an annual inspection and was told that the driver's side mirror needed to have the glass replaced because it was clouding over. Since it was just the glass (GM part 88981032 which is about $45), and it was explained to me they can easily "just pop it in", I said to go ahead with the repair before asking for an estimate as it would most likely be inexpensive.. When I received the bill, the cost was over $400 for the mirror. I contacted GM and they explained to me that $400+ would be what an ENTIRE mirror assembly would cost, not just the glass which would be, as said, around $45. But, when I checked the mirror assembly, I noticed I still had the original part and just new glass (I know this because of the presence of small scratches that have been on the mirror housing). That was my first issue with Klick Lewis service. A couple of months later, I had to take the vehicle back for service as it started squealing. They diagnosed the issue and stated it was the tensioner pulley and serpentine belt. Both items were replaced, but the car still squeals just as bad as it had before. This is not my main concern, although it's not ideal. What made this visit worse was this: while I was at the service department, I mentioned that my HVAC control unit was failing (flashing which is a very common issue) and would eventually need replaced. I asked them to quote me a price, which they happily did. All good so far, but when I got home and looked over my bill for the belt and pulley replacement, I noticed they charged me $112 to "diagnose the A/C system" - which is NOT something I had even asked for. So, needless to say, this hasn't left me wanting to ever go back to Klick Lewis for any purchases or vehicle service. read more
