Dr. Kline and his office staff are super nice and friendly and have nice bedside manner, however, the therapy was not only ineffective but made my pain worse in both my neck and my low back. I've gone to many many chiropractors in my life and due to a recent move, I went to see Dr. Kline for an adjustment for the first time and it's very disappointing. The last time I went for an adjustment, my neck wouldn't even turn, and this time I wasn't even that bad. After Dr. Kline adjusted me, my neck rotation not only did not get better, it got worse, and I had more stiffness and pain and couldn't even sleep all night. Also, my low back pain also got worse, and in addition, my sciatic got worse, and my psoas muscles on one side flared up. This is extremely abnormal, I've never felt this much pain after an adjustment. To the clinic's credit, I provided this feedback and they did offer to bring me back in (charge my insurance again) to fix the problem. But if you messed up the first time, would I really even want to consider going back again? the answer would be no. My experience is that most chiropractor would look at your x-ray first, make you walk around, check your alignment first before the adjustment. Dr. Kline never looked at my x-ray, also didn't make me walk. Also, they charge $16 additional for these electrical stim pads. I've NEVER had a single chiropractor in my life (10+) of them charge me for pads, and I've had pads placed on me many times. Also, no massage therapist in the office if that's important to you as it is definitely a nice to have. Very nice office, but the treatment was subpar. read more

I 100% swear by Dr Kline! I came into his place barley able to walk and debating to go into the ER and I called in and they were able to take me right in. After the first day I felt a big improvement! Then I came in twice the next day once in the morning and in the afternoon and I feel 100 times better!! I could walk out the door without the stabbing pain in my lower back!! I don't want to say he is magical but very close!! His staff was amazing!! I actually originally found him on Facebook when he was located in a shared office on El Camino Real. Dr Kline is compassionate, caring and very funny. What a great doctor and a even more amazing human being. Dr Kline was my chiropractor for years. I have moved out the area so I am no longer able to see him from a working point of view. He always has a flexible schedule and would take me in even the same day or even hours after I just called. He offers excellent services (heating pads, hand held massage machine, pads that send a pulse through your body, chiropractor tables, and much much more). I get them all done during a single visit. Ok, Dr. Kline is a level above ANY Chiropractor I have ever been too. He actually listens to you and treats you in accordance to your needs. Every treatment starts with a 15 minute Stem and heating pad relax and release tension and then you get a thorough adjustment. Always feel soooo good and 3 inches taller when I leave. Massage therapist Jo'elle is AMAZING!!!! What a spectacular experience. She is super at her craft and really knows what she is doing. I have scar tissue from back surgery years ago and it's been hard to find someone that not only recognizes what's going on in that area but give me relief from the discomfort that builds up. Walked in Friday for acupuncture apt. Secretary was rude and unhelpful. I am a first time patient and will not step food in that office again. When I complained about the secretary to NNcy the acupuncturist She came back to me with a made up a story about me "pushing a Patient". Unbelievable!!! Such a horrible experience. And the secretary making up lies about people assulting others just crosses the line. DO NOT GO HERE !! I have been seeing Dr. Kline for 2 months now and it is the best step I've made to rehabilitating my back. I injured my back about 4 months ago doing kettle bell swings at the end of a crossfit work out. I felt a pop in my lower back and knew something was wrong. (Later, after a MRI and X-Ray, I found out I herniated my L4-L5 disc with an 8mm bulge). I tried icing and rehabbing my back myself but it wasn't getting any better. I went to my General Physician who prescribed me an oral steroid and muscle relaxer for a 2 week cycle but I still had trouble walking. In the end, my doctor suggested a minimally invasive surgery to remove the bulge. I was shocked! I am 27 years old and can't imagine getting surgery this young. I decided to go the natural route which is when I started seeing Dr. Kline. After 2 sessions, I could finally walk and stretching my hamstrings was actually possible. It has now been 2 months and I am back in the gym. I continue seeing Dr. Kline once and week and continue seeing positive results after each session. I highly recommend Dr. Kline to anyone with a severe injury to those who have "regular" pain that are looking for an alternative/effective route to rehabilitation. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Kline for years. After going through numerous chiropracters, he listens, he does numerous therapies to prepare and relax my body to take the adjustment. In my experience, the best chiropracters have to have confidance in what they do and Kline is great with this, especially with my neck that is tricky. I've been to other chiro's that said, "well, I don't know, it sounded like it moved", they were confident in hearing a crack but had no real idea about what they were doing. Dr.Kline's years of experience shows in his bedside manor, his ability to listen and his good adjusting. He also sticks to what he knows and doesn't try to sell you on a bunch of crap! I'm biased to the medical massage therapist, Brandon Grover (he's my husband), but he is the best massage therapist I have personally ever seen (I teach nutrition and herbal medicine at a massage school, I've had LOTS of massages). Both Brandons parents have worked in the healing arts (Chiropractor and Massage therapist) and he has a strong feel for what he can do to help and knowing his limitations. Brandon has healing touch and you can feel hs intention in healing as he works, combined with Dr. Kline is magical. Relaxing muscles and tension before an adjustment makes the adjustment hold. It's easy physiology to understand, if there is a lot of tension pulling in one direction, you can move what is being pulled, but if you don't relax the tendon, muscle, ligament that is being pulled, it will pull back out again. I've had back pain for as long as I can remember, but after the birth of my baby it became unbearable. A friend recommended Dr. Kline and I'm so happy she did! I was skeptical because I had been to my doctor several times about the issues and wasn't really getting any relief from medication. After just one visit, I had significant pain relief that allowed me to sleep through most of the night. My insurance provides no coverage for chiropractic care, but I think the cost is worth it if you can swing it! Also, and this is a HUGE benefit, they allow me to bring my daughter with me. Not having to find childcare while I run out to be adjusted is a huge help and it will keep me coming back as I don't have to stress out about finding someone to watch her.
