I'm not telling people to avoid this business. I'm simply going to share my experience because it was very unprofessional. I had a universal catalytic converter put on my vehicle that came with a 2YEAR WARRANTY. About a year into that warranty, I had a check engine code for the catalytic converter. I took my vehicle back to them expecting them to say, "Hey, no problem. We will take care of it.". That was not the case. They first told me I had to take care of changing my spark plugs because that could be the problem. That didn't sound right at all but I did it. Then I took the vehicle back to them, they proceeded to tell they don't have any equipment to diagnose my vehicle properly. Then told me because of that they won't honor my 2YEAR WARRANTY. They had problem taking around $2000.00 dollars from me to install a universal catalytic converter; but when it's time to provide service for your promised warranty that happened. So once again if you choose to use this company I hope you have a better experience than I had. read more

Had magnaflow catback exhaust system installed last week. Paid $160+ dollars. Tip of the exhaust too close at the back bumper didnt notice it immediately and Two bolts are loose after a week. Today I came back 1pm to have it fixed I was turned away because they are closing at 3pm. Ill try to be back again on a weekday and hopefully resolve this. read more

To start they have females on the phone that don't know anything but answering the phone and putting you on hold till they ask someone else what I'm talking about 2nd they tried to tell me my mufflers are on the back ( where my res are ) 3rd I got glass packs installed for 60$ a side ( I have 2 ) they tried to charge me 120 just to cut my res and add a small pipe ... wouldn't come here even if it's the last place read more

Beware of this shop! I went in to see how much they would charge me to replace a stripped tire stud and they wanted to charge me 80 bucks for labor and it would take an hour. In reality it's a simple fix and I would have done it myself but I don't have the tools to do so. I walked out and went to a shop down the street which offered to do it for 20 buck and only took 20 minutes. I will never go here again! This just shows how dishonest they are. read more

I was in the shop about two weeks ago, and try to get my exhaust system fix since I had installed a headers system myself. Long story short, I got to the shop around 5:15 and spoke to a guy name Juan, he came out to check on what I need done then gave me a ball park price. But he told me that he won't be able to do the work that day since it is close to closing time. His explanation to me was that you don't want to rush a good job if you want a good job to be done on the car. So He said it is best to come back on another day when they have more time to work on it. At first I thought he was just pushing me off and don't want to do the work that day, but I was wrong. Because on Saturday I went back to the shop and Juan was there and he did the job, when I say he did a good job that was an under statement. He did an outstanding job, I didn't expect anything but a normal quick fix and get your money type of work. No Juan went above and beyond as to what I ask for in the repair. He check the whole exhaust system out and making sure that was sound and mounted solid with no vibration anywhere. Not only did he fix all that but still charged me with the same amount that he had quoted me without trying to charge me more. This tell me that they care about customer service and not try to over charge a customer. The action and the quality of work that Juan did, That had just reconfirmed for me. Had a catalytic converter and O2 sensor installed on a vehicle in March 2019 and now in November 2019 I have the same issue with the converter they installed and they will not warranty their work because they say I did not have them diagnose the problem but yet I asked them to verify this was the issue before they fix it. This was not mentioned to me at the time of purchase or I would have paid the little extra to have them do whatever they needed to so I would be covered under warranty . That is a bit of a shady way to handle business . Will take my business elsewhere. read more
