I spoke with store manager Tyler Oman, to make sure it was going to arrive safely. He spend most of the phone call badmouthing Guitar Center Corporate, telling me how over worked and underpaid he is . Such unprofessional behavior. I asked him if it was packaged well? He responded by telling me he packed it personally...... ( mainly due to he has no one else to do it, according to him) So it shows up, destroyed. Just the amp tossed into a flimsy, thin, oversized box, with a handfull or bubble wrap thrown in all will-nilly. No labels on the outside saying "FRAGILE" or something similar. It was about the worst effort someone could make. So lame. So I took it to my local Guitar Center. They were horrified by both the terrible packing job, as well as the personal comments regarding his G/C employment.
