The first time, we bought some drumsticks, and when I declined to donate to the charity at checkout, the employee started questioning why I wouldn't donate and made me feel guilty about saying no. I thought it was unnecessary and uncomfortable, but I brushed it off. Most recently, I was playing one of the pianos and didn't realize the store was closing in about 20 minutes. I had only been playing for around 10 minutes. Instead of simply letting me know that the store would be closing soon, the employees shut off the power in the piano area while I was still sitting there. At first, I genuinely thought the power had gone out, until I noticed the employees looking at me. It felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was actually planning on purchasing something that day, but after that experience, I decided not to. From now on, I'll be taking my business somewhere else. Everything is overpriced anyways. Windy fixed issues with my instrument that multiple other repair shops have said were unfixable. My flute has literally never sounded this good.
