This kind of work is hard to find someone that does it well. We have several other pieces that we plan to take to them! Definitely use them if you have a piece that you want to look like new again!

Who would do business with people who talk like this! The comparison pieces were Ethan Allen, not Wayfair - that's a lie. I'd be afraid they could get violent at a simple concern during your experience...wow! And that's okay! Some people have no idea that buying Wayfair is cheaper than getting something upholstered. I tried submitting a complaint to Weathersby Guild in Atlanta and they never got back to me. I feel like posting publicly about this incident is the only path left to try and have this flagrant disregard for safe driving addressed. I can't speak to the quality of the actual repairs, but with how he drives I expect those damaged items, claims of fraud, and additional repairs/up charges mentioned in other reviews to be a regular occurrence. Do not trust this man to transport anything you value, or to be professional/courteous if he doesn't get his way.

Again this is someone whose shirt i complimented, with whom both of us had been cordial, but could not be talked into a calm state. All of this because i leveled with him and expressed nebulously aimed frustration over a job that didn't last for the drive home, as the explanation for why i was asking for a redo. I asked him, "i mean objectively, you can understand why I would expect it to last till i reached home two miles away?". His rumination on the phrase "i felt ripped off" in response to the crashwrap beginning to peel off 0.5 miles from the facility was self-driven. That being said, why even recommend this as a temporary fix if I can't drive home with it? I would've liked it done right the first time and that's fair to express. We don't have to agree or see eye to eye and it's his right to feel I'm overly difficult. It was suggested that I should've cleaned my car first, not that they should've wiped it down the first time before applying wrap. (The car wasn't in the shop to have any crashwrap applied, so why would I have wiped it?) Ultimately I paid $104 to get an issue diagnosed and temporary tape put on the sunroof. I'm frustrated that I'm out $100 and the issue is not any closer to being fixed. The technician himself was amiable and communicative and the owner is also a pleasant man to work with. That being said this experience has burnt this spot for me. Having a disagreeable person work for you isn't a dealbreaker but maybe don't place him front of house.

It looks very high end and designer with a deep blue velvet fabric. Our guests always comment on how gorgeous everything she has covered for us looks. A year later, I still have nothing but excellent things to say about Marie's. We encountered an issue with two of the chairs splitting from the frame less than a year from when she delivered. Marie's picked up the chairs, used some of the leftover fabric and beautifully reinforced the material so we no longer need to worry about it. She included new guimpe and even touched up some of the scratches on the wood frame of the chairs. Marie's communicated well and offers free delivery. Her rates are very reasonable and turn around times are better than most around town. Highly recommend!

Although we had an appointment to install the lighting at a Richmond location of the trailer rental company--at considerable cost-- while stopping to visit friends, we were told the kit was not available and could not be located at any other store along the 95 corridor at this venue, but we would most likely get lucky if we made various stops at their locations along the way. We called Southside Hitch the next morning, hoping that they would be able to help, but figured we would pay for our lack of planning. We were told to come on out, they were sure they could accommodate us! And they did! Within 30 minutes, we had a lighting kit installed at a fraction of the cost of the quote from the trailer rental company.
