I then called everyone back to give me quotes on doing my entire roofing project. I then check the BBB and of the 9 companies I received quotes from only two were registered with one of them being My Way Roofing!! In doing this, I made the decision to just go with getting the entire roof done. Then when I did the cost comparisons of materials and warranties with each of the companies... They offered the best value for your money! In adding to the complexity of having my entire roof redone was the fact that I have 22 solar panels that needed to be removed and reinstalled once the reroofing was completed. However, I needed a certified solar panel company to do that in order to keep my warranty intact. Jacob was able to handle all of this for me! I also needed to have my flat roof redone as the center of it was like a big bowl where all the water congregated. His guys were able to correct this problem for me and add the proper slope back into the roof for proper drainage. The whole process was easy and exactly what you'd expect from a good roofing company. They showed up exactly when they said they would, did a wonderful job and cleaned up before they left. Four years later our gutters started to leak. Mind you, this company sub-contracts out the gutter installation, so it technically wasn't their mistake. Upon initial inquiry, Specialist Roofing & Repair was pretty quick to reply, so I scheduled a consultation. One odd thing is, when I scheduled, they asked if the would be seeing both my husband and I or just me; I find this a strange question as what if I wasn't married? It is awfully assumptive to think I had to have a husband, but I digress. Noah was scheduled to perform the inspection. He was running a bit late and called about 5 minutes after our scheduled time letting me know he ran into some traffic and would be about another 5 minutes or so. He showed up 20 minutes later and it was the oddest thing, he parked in my driveway. When he came up to the door he asked if it was okay and I said okay, but honestly, I found it really strange and just didn't want to prolong the appointment. Upon inspection, he seemed very knowledgeable and personable and did a pretty thorough inspection taking pictures and videos of the roof and surrounding areas. As mentioned, I am the type to obtain multiple quotes, so I expected that after he did the inspection, we would go over his findings and a few days later I would receive a quote. After he did the inspection, he showed me a video of something the other roofers didn't, which was nice as I like a thorough job, but then said he would be in touch with a quote. I received a phone call a few days later asking to discuss findings, but when I called back, I got an AI bot which was then followed up by a call back from a real person. Oddly enough, when they called, they literally said nothing. They asked if it was a good time to talk and I said yes but they wanted to talk when "my husband was around." Even though I said it was a good time, they said they would call back. I followed up via Yelp message. It has been over a week and I have yet to receive any quote from them. Needless to say, I won't be going with this company. They aren't willing to work with just a woman and are unresponsive.

Lee and his team were extremely accommodating and flexible and they were able to move the start date multiple times to match the solar take off schedule.
