Mind you he was the one I showed the pictures to, as well as the one who submitted the payment slips to the young women at the front desk. Changing prices after the fact is unfair and unacceptable. One of the worst salon experiences. The person I was booked with called to ask if I could come in…read more4.5 hours early. I said no since I was working. When I got there, Erin had clearly pawned me off on someone else who was there. The person who I was now supposed to have was actively providing a service to someone else. So they asked a third person to wash my hair. She seemed incredibly nervous. I was told they would throw in an additional service (I think this was to buy time) but don't believe I ever actually got it. Once I get to the chair to blow dry, they put a hair robe on, around the chair, so I'm basically in a straight jacket. It was clear everyone was rushed so someone comes over to help blow dry. She makes a joke that I'm getting "celebrity treatment" - no, you're just trying to hurry this along. The new person who comes to help is going twice as fast, doing larger sections and using 3x as hot of temperature. She helps for about sixty seconds, and leaves my hair wrapped around a brush and leaves. I sat with a brush in my hair for another 5 minutes. Was never asked how I style my hair. She made the decision for me. Whatever was used in my hair, I can't even get my fingers through it. I go to pay and for the 3rd time, the price is different than originally told. When I first went to book it said a blowout was $41. Not STARTING at $41. When I put in my card info and address for billing (for the booking deposit), it seems it realized I was from out of town and kicked up the price $20, now to $61. Found this absurd but needed it done. Now I'm standing at the counter to pay and instead of $51 ($61-$10 deposit), she tells me I owe $53. Terrible start to finish!

I spoke with Mare, who's amazing by the way, and she suggested I try Ashiatu massage. I had never heard the term before. "Ashi" means foot. Therefore, it's a barefoot massage that involves using bare feet to apply strokes, assisted stretching the muscles. It's freaking awesome. I'm totally weirded out by feet, but I needed this. It the room looks all BDSMish, but it's totally not. She uses drilled poles to steady herself. I was so apprehensive but excited at the same time. Mare's sweet disposition put me at ease. I really valued my experience because I didn't think about her bare feet. I was relieved and listened to the flute and waves. If you're open and want to try a different type of massage, then this is a viable option. Did I mention they take FSA/HSA, too? Check of their list if serves. It seems they have a host of great medspa offerings such as IV Hydration, Sauna, inferred, and salon services.

I have been a client of Karla's for more than 20 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I was looking for someone who is a true color expert and she IS! She's given me great advice over the years (as I age sometimes I needed a slight color change :-)) and I can always count on a consistently good color job. In addition, she has taken me through several different hair lengths and always helped me avoid those "awkward" stages when I was growing it out. And just when I thought I couldn't be happier with Karla, she took it up a level. While dealing with gray coming back during the "stay at home" orders due to the Coronovirus, she offered to custom blend some color for me to pick up and gave me step by step directions of how I could apply it myself. She kept it simple, focusing on my hairline and part only, and she even called me when I sent her a questioning text so she could assure me I was doing it right! I hope I never have to do it again, but she has helped me weather this storm of isolation so I don't feel extra bad when I look in the mirror! Thanks Karla! read more

I have never been so please with a stylist then when I met Elle! She's been magically transforming my hair from auburn to blonde to red for years! She is so professional and relatable and I love her new spot at KM Salon! The Salon has awesome lighting and a cool industrial feel to it. She uses Goldwell color, which lasts forever and has a natural fade. I even get compliments on my hair color during the fading process. My view haven't change on how I feel about Mariana as a stylist.. She's on point with my haircuts. Never disappoint. She been cutting my hair for 3 years now. I'm alway happy after every visits. I know she have went to NYC for razor cutting class. Few more cutting classes at Loreal Academy. She's now a Loreal expert and that's the products they used at Loo Loo's Today she shaved my side again.. Also got the balayage highlights again. I'm not really sure what that is but have 10 weeks of not getting it done. People still like my highlights. All thinks I just got it done. Liz whose the other half of Loo Loo's is a certified Loreal Educator and took the same classes as Mariana. These ladies are good at what they do. They take pride in their works and willing to educate themselves to bring clients the best new techniques and the current trends.
